Even if he is concerned, his concern is solely for his 2nd marriage and Adi. IIf Ashok ditches ApShagun, she will want to come back to him and because of Adi he has to accept that, which will hurt his and Ishita's relationship. By now, they both are in love, so Raman won't want to lose Ishita for that ApShagun due to stupid Asokh.

Kitni mushkil se piccha choota he to putter ko tension to hoga na yeh sirr dard wapas aagayi to 😲 aur bichare ke ek din sofe pe sonna pada jabke woh aaram se bed pe sona chahta he 😆
