Well personally on all the posts I've read on the matter, people were mad not for Ishita helping Shagun but for choosing to bring her to Bhallas house.

I myself don't mind Ishita helping Shagun. It's in her character and I think it's very noble of her to not let a completely vulnerable Shagun on the streets at night in Delhi. That's said, I also think bringing her to Bhallas house should be her last available option considering Shagun's history with that house. It's good helping people but one should be sensible while doing it too. There's no point hurting your family in the process.

To add insult to injury, Ishita will go as far as tucking Shagun in her own bed. Like vidya said, it's like disrespecting the sanctity of Ishra's marriage. She could have dropped her in Ashok's place, in Iyers home or if she absolutely had to bring her to Bhallas then they could have transfered Ruhi to Ishra bedroom with them and let Shagun sleep in Ruhi's room.

I hope CVs will show a valid reason for choosing the Bhallas house as an option otherwise to be honest I'll not be happy at all.

Also truth be told I am glad that Raman and Toshi will show her their displeasure. It is needed IMO. Today Ishita said that it is Toshi's house so she has all the rights but this is not what we got to see. No lately Ishita is taking all big decisions unilaterally with the firm conviction that she is the only one being right...that was NOT her character and this avatar is getting increasingly annoying.
That's why tonight the majority of IF (me included) were all praised for param and didn't feel bad for Ishita. CVs should be careful before it's too late.

No more comments till the actual epidode airs.. Have put across my thoughts about Ishu and that Shagun's topic is not that worth to discuss about 🥱

So you carry on with the discussion and I go back to my silent mode.

my question is, what gives ishita the right to make such decisions without consulting anyone? first param and now shagun. her self righteousness and sense of entitlement astounds me. Everyone in the bhalla family has bitter memories associated with shagun, bringing her in same house where she created so much havoc makes ishita look like an insensitive prick. I agree that helping shagun is in ishita's character, but why bring her in the same bedroom she shares with her husband? that is raman's bed, even ishita does not get access to it so who gave her the right to put shagun there? only redeeming quality of this plot will be if raman yells at ishita and she realizes that she is not always right. and even though her heart was in the right place, she has upset a lot of people including her husband.

my new question depended upon DT s IV: why CVs want Ishita to get bashed and hated by viewers?

Pomegranate very nice post

@bold - this baffles me too. With what right indeed. Tonight she said this is Toshi's house so all the rights are hers to make decisions while in clinic she can't interfere, that's fine but Ishita is not living up to that statement, lately she is the one calling all the shots 😲 Ishita made one big decision after the other that too without consulting with anyone as if they'll just have to go with the flow while in reality those decisions are bound to have a big emotional effect on whole family...what's more surprising and increasingly irritating is that Ishita stands firmly on her feet acting as if Bhallas doesn't understand that what SHE has done is right, the best solution!! Earlier, original Ishita wasn't like that, it is saddening that her character has come to this

@red - that is needed. Raman and Toshi, someone must make her realise that this time around even though her intentions were good, her method was not, she ended up hurting a lot of people...she can't keep making all those big decisions unilaterally on everyone's behalf

Zener,

Haven't seen it but just heard of it, but wasn't it just DTs pov? Are the writers thinking on the same line?

Anyway if they are then they obviously don't care. I feel it's just lame writing. For whatever reasons they needed Param and Shagun's entry into Bhallas house so they just did so irrespective of logic, sensibility and characterization 😡

I do not understand why CV's are writing these kinds of plots when they have so many better ones at their disposal.:/

I remember that long ago there were questions about why is it always about raman's mistakes and I think CV's can utilize this stupid track to show that ishita can make mistakes as well. Every daily soap heroin is self righteous but what bothers me is that no one else in the show calls them out for their convoluted ideas, but YHM can do something different by showing the entire family upset with ishita, especially Mr. bhalla. if ishita wants to call the shots and cross boundaries then she should face the consequences as well. The on location videos show ishita sad and unable to go to sleep, maybe she has realized the magnitude of her callous decision. one can only hope.

Aeryn,
may be its on DT s pov but if actors are getting how come writers don't know about it ?

same ishita who was hurt when she saw news of girl child thinking raman would be so much hurt why she is not thinking same thing right now? that shagun is same woman who has hurt raman to the core and made him fragile dishearten for 6 years she has brought her to their bedroom ? that is actually foreshadowing for me in negative way . toshi had same predicted in accident track .

@bold - difference being that when Raman made mistakes, most of the times he himself knew instantly he was in the wrong...it made the character bearable, understandable

@blue - I have left shows many times for that same reason. Usually after consummation as it is generally at that time when writers make the interesting male lead be a mere puppet in heroine's hand I would love for someone to call her out on these.

@red - maybe I hope so. Usually in soaps heroine is always shown being right and other characters are all praising her to the sky. YHM was (is?) different but lately my faith in writers (who I used to praise for their mature writing) has been seriously wavering. Well from location video it is shown that Raman and Toshi are maha disappointed and angry so fortunately not all hope is lost...*pheww*
