Forget the language but neenaji is good actor .
Tamil is not easy and talking in Tamil in daily basis is not easy .

Neenaji has done complete justice to her character. I'm a Malayalee and I knw Tamil as well. I have seen a lot of Iyer aunties as my mom used to live in an agraharam locality before marriage. So we still have lots of acquaintences there. As for hr English accent, I have seen Iyers with good accent as well as bad like her. There is one particular Iyer aunty who is the wife of my dad's colleague. As a kid, I used to stay at her home all day long to play with her kids. Neenaji reminds me of her as she too had the same accent. A post-graduate still she pronounces 'early morning' as 'yerly morrning' 😆 She irritated me by making me drink Viva and ruhafzaa as well 😛. Somehow Ishu's amma reminds me of her. I know a lot of people without such accent but its not a crime if she is portrayed that way. Her dressing style and hair-do also compliments the role. And her anxiety regarding Ishu's marriage resembles my own mom's 😆 😆. it never looked overrated to me. But at times the tamil words she use don't fit the occasion. Its nt her fault. The dialogue writers should their homework properly.

iam a southindian ...i think she is doing little over to be southies...

i will tell it is just average especially when it comes to dialogues..😕

But neenaji is a gud actor...i appreciate her work
