Yeh Hai Mohabbatein Written Update: August 15, 2014

Episode starts with Ishita and Ruhi talking about her fasting. Ruhi ask questions to Ishita like what she will do if she gets hungry now, if she feels thirsty or if she can drink juice? ishita explains she cannot eat or drink anything until evening when she will break her fast and she also explains elder people have more control over their body so she can resist hunger till that time. Raman is behind them and adds, if Ruhi asks so many questions to Raman her Ishima will feel hungry anyways and its better not to talk about food infront of her. and Ruhi says she is worried for Ishima.

When Ruhi leaves Raman says, dont need to do drama of vraat. if you feel hungry you can eat. whats this nonsense, to decrease woman's life to increase her husband's life. ishita says she will not eat and this is not nonsense. she will not age less just to stay hungry for a day and Raman says make sure he dont have to get her to hospital in the night. ishita assures he wont have to.

Raman says, everyone cheats. he recalls the day when Shagun used to cheat on Karwachaut days. he used to bring food for her hiding from everyone. Ishita calls him sweet and Raman denies.they argue again and Raman offers to bring breakfast so that Ishita can eat in the car. he leaves and Ishita smiles and decides she will not break her fast and she will complete it for Raman.

Mrs Bhalla reminds mr bhalla to bring everything right for karwachaut. Mrs bhalla lovingly feeds Romi her own made puris and gazar ka halwa.

Raman gets designer sarees and along with them two men to show them to Ishita. she is surprised at this but Raman says if she can keep fast for him he can also gift some sarees to her. ishita asks Raman to choose for him but he says she will taunt him later that "what color is that, what size is that, what kind of gift you brought for me". he mimics Ishita and she says, saree dont have size. Raman asks her not to take kanjibharam as how many years she will be madrashan. she should be punjaban and he dont want to hear his mother taunt from Mrs Bhalla. Ishita start selecting sarees and Raman says its not her dental patients so she should be fast. Ishita loves one white net saree but seeing the 25000 bucks price tag she leaves it. Raman notices this. Raman gets Pathak's call and asks him to make sure Ashok and Suraj does not do anything, I want license today.

Poornima comes to meet ishita. she is tense. Ishita welcomes her and she greets after that she asks about Raman. hearing Raman is home she gets worried and rush out. Raman comes out and doesnt see her. ishita is surprised. Ashok is the new president of the association and gives the interview to the press. He praises himself and says Raman was not fit for this position. He says bought positions cannot sustain for long that's why he resigned and Im new president now. mihika sees this.

ishita is selecting sarees from 2 hours and Raman is annoyed. Ishita gets call of getting her license back. she is overjoyed and Raman pretends she doesnt know anything. Raman is happy and thinks for this happiness of Ishita his presidentship was nothing. Raman asks ishita to secretly have food from the car. he got some for her and ishi lies she will have some apple from home. he leaves.

Mrs Bhalla congrtulates Ishita. Mrs Bhalla wants to call Raman home knowing he has gone for work. But ishita stops her and says he was worried anywaysn ishita did not tell him about Nirajala fast. Mrs. Bhalla gets tears in her eyes and says I did not see a bahu who can take so much care of Raman, why did you not come in his life before. Ishita asks Mrs. Bhalla to come and see how they do the puja. Mrs. Bhalla agrees. Ishita goes to Iyer house and Mihika stops her saying she has to tell something but she doesnt get the chance as Mrs Iyer rushes ishita to come to her for puja.

In conference, journalists are behind Raman and asking questions about his presidentship and if it's true he brought it. Raman argues with the media. The reporter instigates Raman by asking taunting question as how much money he gave for award or whats the story behind it. Raman gets furious and Mihir calms him down and they kick the reporters out.

Romi tells Ishita that Raman did this so that Suraj takes complaint back and she gets her license, does she think Raman will be afraid of Ashok. She says why did I not think before. The cake drama and this resigning, he did this for me. She cries.
