your timeline needs a small adjustment:

200 episode to realise another 200 will be to have internal fights and denial about confession, 200 to confess, 200 to finally have a relationship and then 200 for baby 😆

aare yaar, chill! It will happen, Just keep watching the show. Right now I love the way show is progressing And Ishu as of now can't get pregnant, so I don't think thr is chance for IshRa's baby as far the story goes. And to be honest with you, I don't want Ishu to get pregnant. I mean, if she does get pregnant, the essence of the story will fade way lil bit. But then again it's my POV. 😃

And one more thing, IshRa, they just start to realize their presence and their importance of each in their life. So, slowly and gradually "love" will also happen 😳

So take a chill pill yaar, and enjoy blushing love story of IshRa 😉 😆
