It was perfect to the T.! I am glad Ishra didn't take that one crucial step into their relation reluctantly... It was more of a compromise from both ends casue there was that awkwardness..

Though Raman wanted her, but for her it all seems like he is doing a mere favour on her for her happiness.. Well she knew he cares for her so it will look like he is doing all of it out of the care and her happiness.. I love how you portrayed her emotions.. The fear of not being good enough.. The nervousness of being physically close to him of all the people, the person she never imagined a normal marriage with and now all of a sudden, they are trying to consummate their marriage.. and all the places her nervousness was driving her to..

Raman, I was kinda pissed when he made the one night stand comment but being who he is, I guess he had to ease out the tension but he chose the wrong words. I also loved the way you portrayed his unsaid emotions.. He wants to consummate their marriage but he doesn't want to admit that he is doing this out of his love and not as a favour.. Though I think he should have handled her nervousness a little more patiently, he ended up rejecting her once again and hurting her.. 😔 She was already thinking that he was doing a favour on her and his words of not being interested in her would have just confirmed her fears..

Both their emotions made them say certain things which were taken completely wrongly by the other.. Poor them, so close yet so far. Somewhere I felt glad that Raman realized that it was rude of him to reject her.. Really felt bad for Ishu.. She has to live through the rejection and her incapability to be a mother once again 😭

The kitchen scene was a relief.. Atleast now they might talk.. 😆

I am pissed off because of Raman, honestly he acted like such a jerk here I wanted to slap him for being so insensitive towards Ishita and her feelings, her emotions. Not only was he rude and overbearing but the comment about the one night stand was so uncalled for here, he not only made his wife feel as if he is doing her a favor by gracing her a chance to have his swimmers but he made her feel like a cheap disposable tissue paper while at it too. Great going Bhalla and then he expects her to reciprocate to her, misunderstands her and finally hits her below the belt by those words.

Ishita I really felt for her in this update gosh to be stuck in such a situation is not easy for any woman... the man she is married to makes her feel so petty about herself, makes her think he is about to do a favor to her by sleeping with her even when he wants to consummate the marriage because he desires her and wants to start on that front of a couple' married life. The way she went away silently - poor thing I so could imagine she must have cried her heart out.

I wonder who or rather what knocked sense into that thickhead husband of hers and I really hope she doesn't forgive him for this cos she has retreated into a shell because she is hurt and he has hurt her.

He can't seduce his way out of this and I hope he doesn't.
