I don't think ishita's love story that much of pain like Raman . Becoz ishu and subbu were just bf/gf and Raman and shagun were the couple who has 2 kids . Yhm is the story of a business man and his children and how he meeet a woman who can't conceive. It's not the story of that woman past.its the story of Raman past present and future of their children. As per love berween ishra it will happen near future .i am damn sure that they are more than a friendship relationship.and friendship will blossom to love. If two peoloe are live together in a same room.they will definitely fall in love one day.it doesn't matter who will fall 1st.

They covered ishita subbu story in initial episode. How ishita and subbu were in love and how they separated and she loved him truly and expected that he accept her but he rejected and she was disheartened and ishita let go of her past subbu. Her main problem is that she can't conceived and that's why she was getting rejected and subbu mom always hurt her by taunting about her infertility.

Where raman story they open slowly slowly. Hus love for his ex wife and his son. Right now they are concentrating on that how he will let go of his past and move on with ishita

As per show ishita main problem was that she can't conceived not subbu and raman his kids and both are solving this problem either together or individual.
Raman got ruhi and he will get Aditya and otherside ishita can't conceived but still she will become a mother of two kids

My apologies! I started following the show a couple of months back, and managed to overlook some crucial aspects of the story which were touched upon at the start of the serial! I believe that Subbu's rejection of Ishita after knowing about her infertility perhaps led her to becoming such a strong character in the story - she has never dwelled on her past with Subbu.

Thanks for replying!

Eventually they (Ishra) wud "rise" in love ... Love makes u a better person it gives u strength to fight against all odds that life offers u ...

So far from the back story it seems Raman "fell " in love with Shagun the instant he saw her ... But one sided love can never give u that happiness which a partner can who too loves u ... Shagun was more interested in shopping, wearing expensive dresses , jewelry etc n least bothered abt being happy with whatever she had ... She did not value her husband , kids and in laws or for that matter her own family for all the materialistic things mentioned above...Raman will have to deal with this past whether he likes it or not coz shagun mothered his kids n she is bound to b a part of his present life always coz he can't make a decision alone himself for Adi ...- although she's completely incapable of being a mother to Adi but adi has lived with her more than Raman...

Coming to Ishita I personally hope they don't show much abt her past nor do they get her past in her present coz for a simple reason that her past is painful n she has already gotten over it long time back ... She was a teenager (15yrs f age or something )when she "fell" in love wid Subbu again it might b attraction more than true love ... At that age m not sure if u know that the two ppl r compatible or not ...
N Subbu not only broke her trust but also in a way insulted her when he broke the engagement...

Coming back to both Raman n Ishita both of them were broken souls before marriage n because theirs is n arranged marriage it will take them some time to understand each other love each other ... Raman's past will always b there in his life coz of the reason mentioned above ... It's upto him how he wud manage his past and present ... Whereas for Ishita's past I think she has completely forgotten ...

I think it is high time when these two broken souls shud come together n complete each other...

Thank you for your reply!

You have expressed your views so well and thoughtfully! I enjoyed your post so much that I have had to read it several times now!

Ishita was undoubtably very young when she was dating Subbu, so quite rightly it may have just been infatuation. I know how painful her past was, but I feel as viewers, it would give us an opportunity to see a growth in her character, if the writers were to explore her past - not just the one she had with Subbu. Her character has been etched so well, and during this point in the serial where she seems so forgiving and understanding, which a lot of viewers are finding difficult to identify with, I feel her character may be more relatable if we knew more about her!

Your parting sentence was such a beautiful one; they will indeed complete each other in the future!

You're so nice!

I did not take offence; I was apologising for not doing my research properly! I will make sure to go back and watch some earlier episode.

Nice topic for discussion.
I really think that they are already in love with each other but they themselves are oblivious to their feelings or are trying to ignore and suppress it.

Now coming to your question of whether they would love each other as much as they loved their first partners. I think yes because both have faced betrayals from their first love. So the memories are bitter and harsh for them. So now when they get honest, devoted love from each other, they will break open all their past shackles which ties them and love each other with all their heart and soul. The result of it will be something divine and beyond all boundaries of just love.

On a general note, even if their first love hadn't given them betrayals, I feel that a second chance in love is always possible. Just my POV.

I am not saying that forgetting the first love is easy or possible but just that a second chance in love is surely possible!

I really appreciate your response!

I really like how you have expressed your thoughts, particularly the line I have highlighted! The concept of whether one can find true love again, has always been the subject of debate. In the case of ishita and Raman, their past experiences with love have made them who they are today, and I definitely share your sentiments! The love they will experience for each other will be so pure - different to any ehsaas they have ever felt. It is a pleasure to be a part of their beautiful journey together!

I cant say whether she'll love Raman as much as Subbu coz they didnt show much about her past. I cant say anything about Raman coz whatever i guess it'll be ulta ho jata hai. I think😕 i didnt understand him well. He may love Ishu more than he loved Shagun.

Thank you for replying! The CVs sure are unpredictable in every way; however they do, for the most part, surpass our expectations! Raman is definitely a complex character - I find it difficult to make sense of his actions half the time too!
