This was such a beautiful read that I feel like reading it again. The flow and thoughts were so real that for a moment I got lost in it. I do think you got it down exactly as Raman would feel, the flashbacks, the remorse and the fear of her not caring about him anymore...all so embroiled and complex just like Raman himself. I believe he's the person who is most difficult to understand and this post is perhaps the best insight of him ever. Brilliant. :)
Waiting for Ishita's. :)

Excellent post. 👍🏼 Another scene in the rain reminding us of so many such scenes in between them...from strangers to acquaintance & to friends. They have come a long way...
I remember reading these few lines from one of Paulo Coelho's works.
"Love like rain, can nourish from above, drenching couples with soaking joy. But sometimes, under the angry heat of life, love dries on the surface and must nourish from below, tending to its roots, keeping itself alive."
Here the author is comparing love to rain and humans as plants.
When it rains plants grow...ie love strengthens a relationship and hence it grows. And when there's a dry spell...plants rely on their stored resources and somehow try to survive till next rainfall. So also when a rift or rough patch comes in a relationship...don't give up...reminiscence on the good things that's happened between and live with it till it's soaked with love again. Never give up hope...don't let anything to wither and die.
Right now Ishra are going through a dry and rough patch...their relationship is parched...but like the saying goes... 'must nourish from below, tending to it's roots, keeping itself alive'... The root of their relationship is Ruhi...and we saw yesterday how they tried to behave normal for her sake. And today also we saw Raman defending her honor...so there's hope.
Didn't mean to write so much...but loved your post and connection with rain.
Thanks

This is master piece. It came out beautifully. Do write Ishita thoughts. :)

Cam you please tell me which episode was it for that coffee shop rain & ride incident you mentioned first in the story. I would like to catch up as I seem to miss it. Thanks.

Thank you so much Elita. When I was looking for quotes to put in this piece, I did come across the para you mentioned!!! I thought it was so good too. But the only reason I didn't choose it is because I wanted one only for Raman.

and dont worry about writing too much :)
