Just because Adi is a child he cannot be let off scot free. There are ways to teach Adi a lesson and help him grow into a better adult.

Forgive him but NOT let him think he got away with a crime without understanding and really improving his attitude towards his father and Ishita,

And for that Adi needs therapy and to get away from his manipulating mother.

This is for the the future of Adi and it cannot be treated as if he did nothing wrong.
