Yeah, even I heard Shagun Arora... So she's Mihir's sister.. I think this was the way CV's were gonna reveal their relationship to us

no, it was somewhat revealed at the engagement/roka ceremony.

When Mihir breaks the glass in his hand & goes out the hall, Shagun gets worried abt his injury & follows him.

So does Ishita with first aid; she hears their conversation. Mihir apologies to Ishita & she said that it's not a reflection on his or something like that.

I don't think Mihika or Iyer family know - that part hasn't been shown.

I don't remember which day the episode was aired...
