we all know how there has been speculation from Day 1 on how Mihir was supposed to be Shagun's brother, much like the novel & owning to the facts that someone else was finalized for the role before Raj & Karan were signed for the show, Mihir is supposed to be Raman's brother-in-law... However, this was never revealed in the show & only speculated upon.

We were given a few hints for a long time on how Mihir & Shagun COULD be siblings... have a relation...

i just was watching SBS & SBB & amidst the courtrom drama, i noticed how Mrs Kaul (Ishita's lawyer) called Shagun, Shagun Arora... Mihir we all know is Mihir Arora... so does this mean theyve unofficially revealed that Mihir is, after all Shagun's brother!?

Ishita doesn't know about this does she? Could this also bring problems in Mihi-Mihika's union??

somehow...they have reveal the relationship...its high time now...I would love to know the backstory of mihir-shagun ...I got the hint they are siblings when raman won CEO award...the eye-lock b/w shagun-mihir was leading to blood relationship

Ishu is very matured...she has problems with shagun thats her personal issue...she is a darling sister and knows how much mihika loves mihir...I don't think shagun being mihir's sister will become a hurdle...and there is no romantic triangle b/w mihir-mihika-romi...thus wedding on cards...

he never said dont make me remind it or anything, but yes, the informal & legit convos that Shagun n Mihir have been having does hint to the same...

kitni baatein chhupaayi hain... didnt tell about Adi also initially! :P 😆

In yesterday epi, Shagun told Mihir "Badon ke beech mein aane ka shok nahi choda" aisa kuch.

Actually this revelation should have big impact on IshRa s relation as Ishita will come to know about Raman's marriage and how he loves Mihir irrespective of his relation with Shagun.Bue doont know now

Yes Reeno i believe this is the first official/unofficial clue about their relationship

Everything between mihir and shagun so far has been just open ended dialogues, cud have gone either way.

exacly, & since she lost the Bhalla surname, her surname/parental surname was never spoken of/mentioned... she was just Shagun... this is the first time i heard them take her full name :P Ruhi k custody k waqt bhi nhi kiya tha.. :P
