Can Raman manipulate his way to get Adi's custody from Shagun now??

Since, the writers have established in today's episode that Raman knows Adi is the real culprit, if this is used to advantage by Raman, then he can actually turn the tide in his own favor.
Really surprised that Raman's lawyer hasn't actually explained this scenario to him, that in case if Adi actually is proven guilty it reflects poorly on Shagun as a parent and since he's just 12 years and still a minor, the court can actually decide that she is an unfit parent incapable of handling her child.
As a result, Raman can actually get the custody of both his children who mean the entire world to him. If not Raman, I hope atleast Ishita's lawyer has the brains to take advantage of the situation. Since even after being proven guilty Adi is still a minor and won't be given major punishment and most likely then Ishita and Madhvi will revoke the accident case. But the major issue here is that Shagun needs to be removed as the legal custodian of the boy since she's only doing him harm here as a mother, The bhalla household will most definitely be a better home for Adi.
Really hope the creatives handle this wisely as it can lead to a goldmine of a story with Raman-Ishita getting sole custody and Shagun left empty handed with No Ashok to hold on to either...

Does anyone else think this make sense?

as you said , i really hope that at least ishita's lawyer think about it. Neil is good for nothing apparently. I can't believe raman, neil, shagun didn't think about it.

i hope it's ishita obtains adi's custody and then raman will have to kiss her feet because she's the only one who uses her brain !

How I wish for once Neil would do his job rather than just blindly say, ''Haan Bhai''.😆

On the contrary there might be a few initial hiccups but Ishita will eventually win him over for life.😉
Then he'll end up re-uniting IshRa much more closer than ever.

and as per novel...arjun(adi in the show) custody goes to Shashok while ruhi custody goes to Ishra...

I know that's the initial inclincation but taking Raman's viewpoint Adi is his first child and NO one will ever be able to take his place. I've read the novel and Arjun is actually won over by Ashok's influence on his life and approach to things unlike his own father. As a result he begins to have negative feelings towards Raman and Roohi.And clearly going by the book, then Ishita hates Arjun but in the show Ishita understands the pysche of children very well and might not be averse to accepting Adi as her own eventually as she did with Roohi.

I heard ishu will get custody for herself of ruhi and restriction oders for shagun not to come near ruhi in the book is it true
