Ishita is so sweet. She couldn't see Raman hurt after a point and I'm glad she could see that Raman does love her even if he doesn't say it. Raman is too funny. Pouring water on the couch so that Ishita will sleep on the bed with him, LOL! I really hope Ishita wins at court,can't wait for next chapter.

Ishita, the mom wins!

At the Court
Raman was super tensed because he was yet not aware of the roll back of the case. He neither wanted to hurt his son nor his wife. He felt as if he was being strangled in the worst situation. His family didn't talk to him at all. Though Ruhi had asked him to come back home early as she stayed back with her Rinki bua, Armaan, Dadaji, Chitti and Appa.

Toshiji, Mihir, Romi and Mihika were in the court.
To everyone's amazement especially, Raman. Ashok didn't give any confident, I will win look. He too looked sad.
Yeh Lambu ko kya hogaya zindigi meri barbad ho rahi hai Devdas ye Bana hai! Sab kuch cheenne ki itne aadat hai ki aaj lagta hai dukh bhi cheena chahata hai! Uske liye bhi competition karkega ki kaun kitna dukhi hai!

However what he just couldn't digest was that confident spark in Ishita's eyes. As if this was the last thing she ever wanted to win in her life.
Aur ye JKR itne serious, yet confident kyu hai? Ho kya raha hai yahape?

With utmost confused look he looked he looked at Mihir on his right, who almost laughed out aloud. "Bhai, Relax. Yaha amma ka case nahi! Adi ka case hai!"
So finally the cat was let out.
"Adi?" Raman was astounded.
"Custody case. Adi ke custody ke liye file kiya hai Bhabhi ne aur ye sab wahi hai! Wo papers bhi Adi ke custody ke liye the... Bhabhi ne amma ke accident ka case wapis le liya... wo apko Adi ke nazro mein nahi jhukana chahati thi!"
Romi had nevr seen his brother like that. With every word he spoke he saw guilt, love, respect, hurt, care and disappointment flash altogether.
"Ishita..." That is all Raman could say. But the whole family sitting in the same row knew the love and respect his voice had.
Even Ishita turned to look at him even though she stood with Pathak far away from him.
Everyone did notice that brief eye lock and it was nothing but an assurance of their love for them.
Before proceedings started, Adi was asked to stand in the witness and Ishita came and sat on his left, the place Romi left for his Bhabhi.
Raman was no more looking at Adi because he for once and all now knew that all he needs to have is Ishita, her love to have everything he loves or wants. Raman knew that he couldn't have loved Ishita more than this, actually no one could have. He also knew that there will be no better time to tell her this.
With that Raman held Ishita's hand. Ishita looked at him first then around, surprised.
"Raman..."
But Raman cut him in between "I'm sorry for realising it so late and that too here in the court but, now I know that to have everything I love in this world all I have to have is your love, Ishita. I love you." He paused for a brief moment. "Even if I lose the case today I will be the happiest man because I have you and I know one day I'll have Adi too. I promise you Ishita your Happiness is my first priority."

If not the court Mihir, Mihika, Romi and Toshiji would have started dancing.
"Abbe oye khotte da puttar tenu yahi jgaha mili thi? Kher Jhado, Mubaraka!" Toshiji for the first time in her life whispered, I guess. 😆

Ishita and Raman blushed at this.
"Akka ab kuch to bolo..." Mihika urged her Akka whispering in her ears auidible enough for Raman!

JKR, ab kyu muh pe taala maar ke aur gaal laal karke bethi hai? Raman Bhalla tujhe toh lagta hai abhi aur mehnat karni padegi!

Ishita looked up in Raman's eyes "Aur mere liye apke khushi first priority hai!"

Mihika giggled at her Akka's innocent confession. "Aap dono bahut cute ho! Isse better confession toh ho he nahi sakta tha!"
"bus kar ab mere bacho ko tang na kar. In dono ko akele bethne de. Tu mere naal aake beth!"

Raman thanked his mother mentally.
"Not bad Mrs. Bhalla aaj kal one liners sekh rahi ho!"
"Hmmm... Apne sikha he diya Mr. Bhalla..."
Both smiled at each other as Ishita looked in his eyes.
"Bus ab au raise mat dekho. Pehle he repent kar raha hu yaha par confess karna, hug bhi nahi kar sakta."
Ishita quietly laughed at that.
There happy moment was broken by the Judge's voice. "Case meine padha. Ab mein bus kuch logo se baat karna chahati hu!"
Ishita clutched Raman's hand tighter, the hand they never left all this while.
Raman also pressed her hand. He then looked at Adi he didn't even look up all this while he was staring at the ground.
"Please sabse pehle mein Shagun, Aditya ki real mom se baat karna chahti hu."
Shagun came and started her Drama and spitting venom, "Mein apne ache se bahut pyaar karti hu. Mein janti hu mujhse galti hui hai! Lakin meine aaj tak apne bacho ko sab diya hai! Ab mere ek galti par mein apne bache ko uske abusive father ke pass nahi jane desakti, jo pehle yahi custody case har chukka hai! Mein aur Ashok usse sab de sakte hai!"
"Ashok Khanna please ab aap yaha aayiye aur jinne ye custody case ki appeal ki hai, Ishita Bhalla aap bhi."
Ishita got up at judge's words and so did Ashok.
"Pehle aap boleye Mr. Khanna."
"Judge, mein chahatu hu ki pehle Ishita bole."
With her consent Ishita started, "Ma'am mein bus itna bolna chahti hu ki mein Adi ko pyaar se subha uthaongi, apne haath se khanna khilaongi, padhaongi, stories sunakar sunaongi aur wo har cheez karonge ko ek bache ko chahiye. Aur mein ye sab tab tak karungi jab tak wo itna bada na hojaye ki mujhe betha kar apne hato se khila saake! Adi, ko ek parivaar chaheye, jo Raman, aur mein de sakte hai!" With that Ishita wiped her tears and went to sit back.
After Ishita left Ashok started, "I don't know ki kya bolne se custody milte hai, agar pata hota toh mein wo Ishita aur Raman ko zaroor batata. Ishita is a perfect mother, for Ruhi and I know Adi ke lie bhi wo best hai. I can never bhi his father, wo Raman hai and Shagun being his mother can never be a mother, kyuki wo maa Ishita hai."
Shagun stood up fuming, "Ishita kabhi bache nahi paida kar sakti isley mere bacho ko chura rahi hai... and I'm sure usne Ashok ko bhi blackmail kiya hai!"
Before anyone could pitch in...

Ashok continued, "Ishita bache de sakti hai ya nahi iska koi matlab nahi hai Shagun kyuki bina bacho ke wo woh ma hai jot um nahi ho. Aur usne mujhe blackmail nahi kiya hai. Main koi chota baccha nahi hu, aur usme aur tumme bahut farak hai!"

Ishita, Raman, Mihika, Mihir, Romi and Toshiji sat dumbfounded listening to Ashok.
"Main apko warn karti hun Ms. Shagun, sit down. Ab mein bacche se puchna chahti hu! Bolo beta..."

"Mein apni maa ke sath rahonga..."
"I knew it Adi." Shagun jumped off her seat to hug Adi but before she could Adi ran and hugged Ishita. She stood up so did Raman. But No one knew how to react. Raman stood still so did others. Ishita without any delay bent down wiping his tears. "Shhh! It's ohk! Relax!"
"Jaise ki humne dekha ki bacha Mrs. Ishita Bhalla aur Mr. Raman Bhalla ke saath rehna chahata hai toh ye custody unhe de jati hai!" but judge was interrupted by Adi. He moved back from Ishita, wiped his tears but held Ishita's other hand. "Mein apse ek request karna chahat hu!"
"Haan sure beta." Judge acknowledged.
"Jiss tarah meri mom ne mujhe jhuti stories suna kar dad se restraint orders ke karan milne nahi diya mein chahatu hu mom ko bhi na mine diya jaye."
All were shocked except Ashok.
Ishita tried to interrupt but Adi stopped her. "Please, I request you."
Judge was confused but she could understand the child's fear psychosis so agreed and the case was shut, forever.

Everyone moved out except the family, Pathak, Shagun and Ashok.

Shagun came rushing to Adi, "Beta, aap bhi mujhe jhod kar jaa rahe ho apne papa ki tarah?" Before Shagun could continue Adi stopped her, "Apne mere papa ko jhoda tha, unhone nahi!"
"Beta!" Shagun started but then moved to Ishita "Tumne mera sab kuch cheen liya, mera pati, mere bacche... I will kill you Ishita."
Adi once again stopped Shagun by coming in front of Ishita, "Meri maa ko haath laga. Galti ho gayi request mein meri family se milne ka restraint order manga chahiye tha. I hate you, Shagun."
Ishita was startled at the boy's hatred. She wanted to pitch in and she did when Shagun tried to slap Adi.
Before Raman could react, Ashok held her hand while Ishita pushed Adi behind her!
"Dekkha aap kehte ho ki aap mujhe pyaar karti ho, meri mom ho lakin dekho, meine pehle baar apse buri tarah baat kari aur aapne toh mujhpar haath he utha diya... par meine kitne baar Ishita ma se buri tarah baat kari lakin she never did anything like that." Adi concluded.

Listening to that Shagun rushed out of the courtroom crying. The last look at Ishita she could see her both hands filled. Raman held her right hand and Adi held her left hand while only thing that she clutched was her saree pallu as she rushed out.( Poor Shagun!)

Precap: Who was the figure who heard Ishita and Shagun as his eyes glistened with tears- Ashok or Adi? What brought change in Adi? Ashok? Ishita? A Mystery! Wait for the next part by the evening! Another one hour i.e 6:30 8/7/2014

I hope this how it turns out ..the end result ..if not full custody but visitation rights for raman and bhalla family.then only we can see some positive change in aditya...u write very well..could picturize..KP and DT...
