That was Neil's call not Mihir But i guess the speech sounds like Mihir then Neil.
This is true Ishita gave him a hand of friendship BUT this is visible that He didn't pick up that hand yet. He is not ready to be friend with her. The way he is behaving shows that still he trust Shagun more than Ishita, in few cases. I guess this is the writers focus to Burn that trust which he still has on his Ex-Wife in few cases.

I might not have a shrewd legal mind, thus need to understand something here ... how is hiring big shot lawyers going to help here. Its not like the police have charged Shagun with the crime. No one yet knows who was the culprit. So is Shagun planning to surrender herself (I doubt) & RKB hiring his legal troop to defend her ... Bahhh no logic 😕

Raman is just digging himself into a deeper hole. Frankly I don't want Ruhi involved in this shit even if it is to defend her Ishima. Ishita needs to a take a stand for herself coz in yesterday's epi for the first time Raman did things which were unnecessary. He needs to fess up to Ishita.

Raman has appointed himself the rep of Iyer's family to catch the culprit. Only he hadn't expected to hear Shagun confess to the crime. She used Adi as her shield to force him to save her. When Raman finally hears Adi confess to the crime will he take Shagun to task for manipulating him into defending her for Adi's sake or will he see like him would do anything to protect Adi.

Adi shows signs of psychotic behavior as it is and he will be a threat to himself and others if left to carry on this way. After all this, Ishu should get Raman to realize the dangers of allowing Adi to continue to live in the environment he is in with no supervision.

Adi is a preteen, truth is he needs to be saved from the environment he is in now. He shares the same roof with Shagun and he has all the trappings of a spoiled rich kid but rarely seen quality spending time with her. His only role models are sociopaths. Her parties take precedence over Adi. Raman should open custody hearings and given Adi's history and witnesses (including Bala) the judge would easily grant custody to Raman. Adi may create a lot of drama around it but in the long run he has a chance to redeem himself and chart a better course in life.

Very few couples make a clean break. It's harder when children are involved, but in this case there are no visitations rights for Raman. He was to stay away from Adi...Ashok even managed to call the cops during Adi's b'day party after the kid had himself invited Raman there.

So how come Raman showed up with the uniform which violated court order and Shagun used him to cover up the truth. What better chance to reel him in using Adi her trump card to show Raman she can still play him anytime she chooses.

Ishu was fine with Raman seeing Shagun on matters relating to the kids and Raman took that as permission to protect Shagun not realizing she was manipulating him. There is still baggage from the past with Shagun that he has to unload or it's going to raise its ugly head in his present marriage and Ishu will be the one getting hurt.

Why is raman doing for that we have to wait for end of this track because I doubt cv make raman character like this.
May be whatever is looking today cv will give different perspective in future

During Pathak raman convo I doubt that shagun was hearing their talk because she was not ready to leave may be she had doubt. May be I am wrong but I do feel raman is trying to win shagun trust only to manipulate her later.

It will be interesting to watch that is raman is getting use by shagun as a toy or shagun is toy in raman plan

It was sounded like Mihir may be he meant Neil or it was blooper because Mihir may be didn't stood up for her love Mihika but he never scare to question raman when it comes to ishita like he did during param track

Anytime a person shows this much weakness, it is just waiting to be exploited. Why would Shagun give up that chance when she's trying to show Ishu that Raman will always put her and Adi before anyone else?

CVs could take this track forward in many ways. Once Raman hears Adi was the culprit, still a minor, he could file for custody. Ishu showed Adi who was boss during the shopping spreee. What Adi needs is tough love to turn him around, he's got just a few years to get his act together before he becomes a menace to society if left to continue this way...a preteen out of control with no supervision and plenty of money to splurge. He treates almost everyone and everything with contempt.

Raman is totally obsessed with Adi and his brains do not function when Adi is around. I see as the downfall for this otherwise beautiful serial

@Bold --> This is exactly they are showing that for Adi he is not even bothering about court orders also ... Ashok-Shagun knows that Raman will come for Adi's request . They didn't stop him that time as there objective is always to Insult him , to give him Pain , To annoy him . That is why they are keeping ADI in house now as they want to play with Raman's emotions . Remember the Mumbai Track where Adi was sick and Raman told her that time "I am not going anywhere , If you want to call cops you are free to call". Actually they are using him again and again with Adi's card and he is ready to be used to make sure his son is safe there or get a glimpse of his son or a moment to talk or convey that he is there for him.

Yesterday for the first time I was confused with Raman's character. It was IMO a reverse of the progression of what Raman has become lately.
I could not understand what was the need of spending almost 15 +hours in Shagun's company.
Yesterday I felt that Raman was the puppet listening to his Puppetteer Shagun. He only listened to what ever she said. So far he thinks that Shagun has done the deed and he is like this. What happens when he comes to know it was Adi , then how would he react with Shagun.
He got so easily swayed by her IMO when she was talking to the lawyer. Cries I have heard can manipulate a man but did not know that Raman could be easily swayed.
I loved Ishu's act of worry when she thinks Raman could have been in the hotel fire, and her shock of seeing Raman carrying Shagun was well potrayed.

It would be interesting to see how the CV's show her angst

Raman has had enough experiences to realize one can't force anyone to love them. Shagun proved it to him when she walked out on him, heartless, leaving a six month old baby but taking their son after poisoning his mind against his father. He gets nothing but disrespect and contempt from Adi bec' of that. On the other hand, he has held back expressing his feelings and his time with Ruhi until recently yet she gave him so much love unconditionally at that.

Raman may want to prove to his son he still loves him even if he and Shagun are divorced. But desperation for his son's acceptance is never good. It only gives Adi whose affection he so craves the power to manipulate and play mind games. Shagun has taught him well and between mother and son they are twisting Raman so much that he'll either have to wake up and walk away or break down. It's his choice, No one has power to manipulate anyone unless that person gives their power away and becomes a doormat to be stepped on.

Adi was affected by the divorce but we don't see him blame Shagun for walking out on Raman do we? He's as twisted and warped in his mind as his mother...the pair are good subjects for study by psychologist and psychiatrist.
