Was that scene was only for Ishita to notice he hr sis ? And to show Shagun he has other soulmate who cares in his pain hope they had not forgotten it.
Might be possible the next day Ishita gets call from Dr she find Raman has small problem, she take extra cares of him, Raman feels more tuilty

i thnk the doc told his pulse is normal so lets assume he is perfectly fine...

and u may be right its jst to shw shagun and also to make sure ishoo notices her sister vandoo

i want them to show that raman is anemic or sumthin (small prob) like dat n ishita taking good care fr raman, showin hr concern fr him... i want a complete ishralicious scenes☺️
