Was that scene was only for Ishita to notice he hr sis ? And to show Shagun he has other soulmate who cares in his pain hope they had not forgotten it.
Might be possible the next day Ishita gets call from Dr she find Raman has small problem, she take extra cares of him, Raman feels more tuilty

I guess cvs still thinking of some drama n twists arnd the blood tests
