It is parm and with him shagun and ashok might be involved but this is how i think parm is after all this because after amma had visited simmi in such an anger ..simmi for sure have informed parm that sonething is fishy and we also know from spoilers that parm get to know about it and asks romi to work with him which romi refuses also he can only get to know where romi is from simmi only..so park is behind all this so that he can create rift between romi, raman and ishita..😡

I will be so glad if it's Param who hit Amma. That way when time comes, hopefully Simmy 😡 will know what kind of person that kamina is 🤢
