QUICK PICKS of 4th June:
Shot of the Night: Iyer aunty's accident scene! Exceptional performance by Neena ji of a tensed mother in a hurry to meet her daughter only to get hit by a raging car! The entire sequence was shot very well! Kudos aunty and the crew! đ
Stars of the Night: Iyer aunty, Raman, Ishita, Appa and Mihika! Romi, Bala, Vandu and Mihir did their few seconds so well too! All of them for the same reason of emoting exceptionally in such a soul wrenching situation! I almost thought I will not make this post at all tonight - Kuch bolne ki layak hi nahi rahi! đ
Dialogue of the Night: Too many! I was neck deep into a pool of emotions, yet, I noticed this dialogue that hit straight into the heart - "Ishita, gaadi dyan se chalana"đ
Flop of the Night: Simmi the sparrow brain! She instigated Romi into this! Gandi giri hui tedhi aurat! đ¤˘
The Mohabbatein Moments: Awww! This is probably the first episode that I made me weep like a snob on an Ishita-Raman scene! That whole scene - from the moment Ishita walked in, to the moment Raman wiped her tears - it was FULL OF LOVE! LOVE and LOVE only! She let go of all inhibitions about her husband and found a shoulder in him to lay her head on! And he - such a caring husband a woman would die for! The way he helped her digest the news - freaking hats off! This is not because of CVs, not because of dialogues - this was a normal scene with normal dialogues, just made exceptional by the astonishing duo's performance!đ
Special mention of the Night: The scene where Raman cried, "Amma!" on seeing her lying down in a pool of blood! I felt as if he was crying at the sight of his own mother! Exemplary KP! Take a bow! đ
Moral of the story: No humor in this. Something to learn from Raman - You love your spouse or hate your spouse - be there for them and their family, like it is yours!
For this one episode - I'm darn proud to be a fan of YHM! Love you YHM! Love you DivAN! Love you Balaji & team! đ God bless!
