When Raman asked Shagun to dance, Ishita stiffened as a rock, she didn't want to see their dance but at the same time she couldn't leave because that would have been a way to GIVE UP her place in his life to shagun.

Raman, as you said, didn't only ask her to dance but he asked her to walk through life with him. And his expressions showed that for a second he was scared that she would refuse but ishita is the one he can rely on, she is the one that will have his side, no matter what he does and no matter what hardships come their way so as expected, she accepted to take his hand and go with him.

In the beginning of the dance, Ishita was still seeing Raman as the rude punjabi he is, but by the end of it, she was dancing with her friend, with her HUSBAND. And because she accepted it, she wasn't mad at him anymore. Because no matter how many dances he has with shagun, at the end of the day, he will always come back to her.

In their dance, it showed perfectly how ishita was mad at him and trying to get away but raman, acting as he didn't notice, kept bringing her back to him.

And ishita knew that it was more than a dance even to him because he took the time to pause and to wipe off her tears. That showed that he knew the pain that he gave her and was apologizing to her.

Just after that he lift her (beautiful scene, wonderful performance from the actors) and then Ishita started dancing for real. She took the lead and showed him that yes, she would stay with him, yes she was ready to be his partner. That she will be strong for him and for the sake of them as a couple.

Ishita accepting this dance is in fact Ishita accepting her wedding wows : to stay by her husband's side. ⭐️👏
