Now I was thinking

That Raman is father of two kids from Shagun

Ishita knows that Raman loved Shagun a lot

So my point is

That doesn't ishita feeling jealous of a random girl Raman supposedly was in love with during college exaggerated and out of place

Ishita feeling jealous is not because Raman was supposedly in love with a girl during college days but it is because he is speaking fondly of her even now.

Not at all... She even felt jealous of Shagun when she knew she was with him while selecting that dress... She's slowly falling for him... So, it was perfect...

Finally, something positive, the ishita suddenly getting jealous stuff was a bit too much, when not to forget that Raman is a twice married man with two kids...
Why was Ishita shown jealous...
She did not ask him why he married Shagun instead of Sonali who loved him...
I think it should have been vice versa the jealous stuff. it is Raman who needed to get jealous not Ishita...
