Not really, because she does subconsciously love her husband and their marriage was arranged in a way that suited both of them. Neither of then were looking or expecting love in their marriage. Whereas majority people when they get married, at some point they do confess or acknowledge their love for each other before or during their marriage life.

In Ishra's case, they both subconsciously love each other but can't understand or digest that newfound love so her insecure feeling for her husband liking another woman was entirely normal because she doesn't know where his feeling for her lies or whether he had a place for her in a heart. She doesn't know how much love she had for him and both of them doesn't know how much love he had for her.

Only, we as the audience know that and are waiting for them to realise their feeling for each other. So I would say just sit back and enjoy watching Ishra making fool of themselves and then share their happiness when they have finally realised their love for each other.
