Was waiting for your thoughts on today's episode. I think once again I'm in the minority of people who were like ??? during the whole episode! :P How I wish the whole PR gang would be on this forum to discuss Ekta and her vicious CV's and the contorted characters :)

But, back to your post above. I find little difference in Madhu and Toshiji. But are nice to their son-in-law and daughter-in-law when it is convenient, but are quick to jump to conclusions when the evidence is slightly against them. Plus, her butting in at random moments, really is cumbersome. Yesterday, when she butt in to tell Simmi and today when Ishita had to make her own decision, she butt in at the wrong time. She does not act mature for her age and I don't like either of the mothers on this show too much because of how OTT their characters are.

As for Ishita,what is her getting angry at Raman for having questioned Bala? Is that an excuse to remain pissed at Raman? Especially, because Bala mighty well did the same to her hubby and exploded on him the same way, leaving Raman no chance to explain himself. So I don't know if the scene was written badly or what, but that was simply nonsensical to me. Also, for all that naatak, she was very easily pataoed by Raman :P The last scene was actually a bit weird. All that smiling and laughing at what? And why is Ruhi constantly pulled into their fights and having to be a peacekeeper? Is this her age to know how her parents fight?

I found Raman's speech yesterday quite good. He relayed everything that he needed to show how a man feels trapped in such a situation. And his questions to Bala and Ishita were laud worthy. If you don't confide in your husband, especially in such a sensitive matter that concerns his sister on the other hand, how can you expect him to blindly believe you when you drop the bomb? I mean, theirs is not a 5 year old relationship and even based on love and trust? So IMO, her expectations from Raman were a little far fetched. And he did say yesterday how he knew from the beginning that she was right, but he needed to fetch evidence because he had to consider the ramifications of the allegations on his sister. He even apologized to Mr. Iyer.

Although, I did like, that they may not have shown her words, but she did hold her ears apologizing to Raman and I'd like to believe it was for her not confiding in him earlier. :P So it kind of ended on a decent note. But I find it amusing that Toshi in her heart knows Parmeet is wrong, but chooses to sidestep his molesting nature and simply be ok with having her daughter live with such a jerk. I mean, what a 360 on her character. I'd have liked if they showed Rinky come ahead with the same allegation on jeeja dearest and would love to see toshi's reaction then. But realistic portrayal of believing daughter and SIL over DIL. Sad, but it still happens. Also, Raman needed more evidence and hard based evidence to convinve Simmi.

- I wish you did a KC here too! Being Ekta's show, we know how much fodder will you have to comment on the absurdities of these characters.

So far, I like Raman's character a lot because of how realistically flawed he is. Embittered and egoistic. Ishita is a little like some of Ekta's too good to be true kind of heroines, but she is shown a little more empowered than most of her other ansoo bhari heroines, so far so good. :P

1. Vandu and Bala needs to be more careful how can Bala told Shravu regarding Ishu n Raman That was a big disappointment .

2. Toshiji said Maybe she is right but we could manage at our own level ... What she was expecting to do just bought a new house for Simmi n Param and feels everything is OK and fine. If Parmeet's prey was Rinki not Ishita , did Toshiji told the same words that she is a bad character and tries to woo his BIL??

They both points are reality of our society , grownup's sometimes forget what they are talking and where, they feels if we Hide our problems we solve them .
