His convo with ishu was genuine and not fake only thing show off was green dress because shagun creep called ishu behenji so that hurt him so he took his sweet revenge.
Long talk with ishu because he was testing her got to know she is wasn't normal .
Whenever he is showing off in front of shagun it's that his inner feeling coming out which he hides usually .
Today he gave ishu peace rahat that's true love .
Calling mihir asked him to check on ishu particularly shows his concern was not fake

Anyways, leaving that here. The phone convo was 95% genuine. The dress part and ole friend part was a show off, but the rest was the real concern and care of Ramz towards Ishu. So, no basing is needed here friends. Those, who are upset about this, please try to watch the scene again and see what changes in Raman is shown there.
