Indeed Raman has changed after ishu entered his life and somewere in corner of his heart he has ishu and truly loves her adores her .

Raman was always loving and caring husband son and father bur thank to shagun betrayal he became that person which he never thought to be ever. He did those things which he never imagine. I don't think earlier raman ever knew what is hate but shagun taught him that he build wall of hate and he stop allowing everyone to come there even his own daughter who born because he wanted.

But after ishita entered in his life that wall started to broke slowly slowly he is turning in to old raman who used to live for his family not for revenge

Ishita again taught him to love, love yourself your family your daughter

First he used to see shagun in ruhi because of that mole but now he is seeing replica of ishita

He always address adi as his own son not shagun and his son but when it comes to ruhi he always said our daughter or ishita daughter

He admire ishita inner beauty subconsciously but this track will realised him importance of ishita in his life

Ehsaas of love is still far way but this is ehsaas of acceptance, acceptance of ishita as his own wife not only ruhi mom though he accepted that subcounciously already but this will make him realised his conscious mind too

Love is definitely far away... But it is not because Raman has not fallen for her, it is because he's going to deny the same for a long time... The moment he said 'Mera kya hota' in that curfew indicated his inner feelings but this game is going to go on and on with Raman resorting to taunts to control himself...

Yes he is not going accept so soon and this will make ishita to think that he still love his ex wife and may be at that time shagun will enter in their life
