Ishita has meeting with her old friends and they have discussion over their husband's.
1)One of Ishita's rival(friendly rival)who is proud of herself as her husband was working for a top company and was in good position of RKB's company .
Will she reveal directly that she is wife of RKB or she will prefrer her own identity as dentist.
2)What if that woman bluff's others by saying she is Mrs.Rkb (not knowing Ishita is real Mrs.RKB)
