she is simmi's relative mainly from parmeet side
she made ruhi drink expired cough syrup...that worsen ruhi's health n ishu had to bring her to the hospital
big trouble arise becos of this silly women

ishu was tag as kidnapper
Iyers were arrested
prateek broke his relationship with ishu
raman was insulted by ishu on national tv
raman lost his contract
shagun takes away ruhi from raman

lots of dramas happened due to this one women

Thats right. I think Simmi said she was her nanad who is not wed. Either Cv has forgotten that Parmeet has his own home in the city. Or maybe she was Parmeet's cousin sister. So Parmeet and Simmi couldn't stay with them.
