When will Ishita's ehsaas start?

I have a feeling that this fake pregnancy drama will make Raman stand by his wife and this will be the starting point of ehsaas in Ishita. We know that Raman will have his ehsaas when Ishita's car burnt by agitators(assumed by Raman) as per spoilers.
