well from what my point of view I think she just wants to be the center of attention for everything...be it Raman, Adi, or Ashok or whatever! And she also knows somewhere inside her that Ashok isn't gonna marry her...that is why she is convincing herself that Raman still isn't over her so she isn't left hanging in the middle!

She acts as an airhead in front of Ashok you see how easily he managed to fool her, how silly she's since 6 years she's waiting for him to marry her... She must get an award for it in the show itself..

i think she's overconfident about herself and thinks she's really an angel as once Raman called her so😆😆😆😆 and poor things believe it that yes she's a "hoor pari" on earth.
At one time both Raman and Ashok were sort of betting for her that makes her more overconfident hope her dream comes to an end soon.
She still has hope ashok will marry her though not completely but somehow a small %...
