LOL I know what you mean Sneha, but he will continue in this vein for sometime more at least, though I think in the upcoming week when Ishita saves him from being duped in that fraudulent land deal and he realizes she only has the best of intentions at heart for him no matter how much they fight he will begrudgingly admit (to himself) I believe he should be not so quick to judge Ishita nor jump to conclusions,

May be this will be where the ehsaas promo kicks in 😳 the acknowledgement that she is a good person who always looks out for him will be the trigger as per me - cos if Raman has lacked anything at all in the years even prior to his split with Shagun was - a person who watched out for him. Shagun perhaps loved him at a point, but she would never have been such a tigress I believe. And besides his mom, I dont see Raman having someone ever PROTECTING him, his interests. That I think should make a dent. How can anyone not want to feel safe and protected? cared for? even men want that security 😳 especially men like Raman who need some stabilizing factor in their life - that brings them emotional security 😳

I am so glad that people actually are buying my twisted logic of Raman' problem with Ishita here. I was so apprehensive about reading comments that would say this is so crappy or bullshit 😳 but thankfully its not going that way.

I believe it cannot be possible that Raman dint feel slighted in court the moment Ruhi picked Ishita, he has that grudge somehow and that intensifies when Ruhi picks to ignore and chide him for his rude treatment towards Ishita. That as per me has gotta hurt, how can it not? A woman , though now her mother legally and technically, but still a stranger till a few months ago comes out of nowhere and he finds his daughter being so captivated by her that she can leave him - that would be such a blow to any father, even someone like Raman used to be.

And the fact that he sees how she is with his family and Ruhi as his wife - their DIL and her mom, it sparks off feelings in him which he isn't ready to deal with yet. He is attracted to her, notices even a small rice grain near her lips - if he weren't paying attention, that wouldn't have happened 😉😆 - so yep he is messed up and his feelings are all over the place.

there' the father who is hurt, ashamed, embarrassed, infuriated and angry who wishes to exact some sort of revenge and then there is the man - Raman - who himself is divided, in two minds - he is apprehensive of her and about feeling anything for her owing to his unfortunate past.

And the part who sees, notices everything about Ishita - who finds himself drawn to her goodness,her kindness, her sweet loving nature and of course is attracted to her not just because of those qualities but as a man, though he would rather neglect that ever simmering attraction - in fact he would do his best to overlook things - like how he rudely asked Ishita to remove that rose from her hair that day when Ruhi asked him to do so and he mocked her by calling her a guldasta 😆 or during that competition when he was asked to adorn her with that jewelry - he kept looking at her in that way that cannot be anything but attraction. When he accidentally pricked her with the pin, he said sorry immediately not to mention the fact he was being slow, delicate and gentle.

the mean comments and rude remarks are a way to keep her at an arm' length since he cannot keep her out of his thoughts or from invading his heart and messing with his feelings as per me 😳

Coming to the updates, I loved the scene where Raman met the other child's father and the pride and emotions were beautiful. The hug and the confession were beautiful and loved that they both had a proper conversation be it in your SS and not the show. Waiting for the next update eagerly

I wanted Raman to be so overwhelmed here by Ruhi' speech, him to want to hug his kid so hard that when he wouldnt get an opportunity to do so it would really, really piss him off to no ends so the convo made an appearance 😳

And the point of this SS for me was to show the ever-growing attraction between IshRa, and something so huge and powerful that Raman is forced to acknowledge and accept it that yes, Ishita affects him.

the show has already dealt with Ishita being attracted somewhat to Raman when she was under the presumption he wants them to start-over, but it is yet to show anything in a noticeable way that reveals Raman too is affected by her, he is a man after all - how can a beautiful woman, who is now his wife too, not affect him at all. He may have gone celibate post Shagun, but he is still a man.
