Raman's phone rang which woke him up...he answred the call.
RAMAN:Haan maa abb kaisi hai buaji..haan kal aarahe hai?...theek hai! abhi aaram kejiye itni raat ko phone kiya hai..haan bye!
Raman looked around but only found Ruhi on the bed...
RAMAN:Yeh jhansi ki rani subah subah konsi jung ladne gayi..abhi toh sirf raat ke 4 baj hai.
He got up from the couch to check...
RAMAN:Par yaar inn madrasan ke liye yahi subah hogi..apne amma ke ghar gayi hogi..mei sojata hoon.
Raman went to bed..brought ruhi near him and the next moment slept with a smile on his face.
Ruhi Raman woke up together...
RUHI: Good morning papa aur aap mere sath soye the...wow! Thank you papa.
RAMAN: Haan ruhi..good morning now common get up tumhe school bhi jana hai.
RUHI: * giggled* Papa aaj Sunday hai so no school.
Ruhi jumped on the bed with excitement and couldn't find ishita.
RUHI: Papa ishimaa kaha hai?
RAMAN: Pata nahi ruhi kaha chali gayi tumhari ishimaa... shayad tumhare pati ki yaha gayi hogi...
RUHI:Mei abhi dekhke aati hun..
RAMAN: No ruhi pehele brush karo...good girl ho na tum...brush karo aur phir jao.
Ruhi went into bathroom...Raman *in mind* " yaar meine kitna galat kiya uske sath...vo actually simmi ki help kar rahi thi aur mei..kya kya bol diya! Par abb usse sorry bhi nahi bol sakta...ainvayi sherni ki mooh mei haat dalne jaisa hai aur thanks toh bilkul bhi nahi last time wali experience bohot hai abb kya karun" Ruhi came out from the bathroom.
RUHI: Papa abb mei pati ki yahan jati hun
RAMAN: Ok!
Ruhi ran to Mrs iyer's house and raman sat on the bed seeing his daughter so happy! Ruhi entered Mrs iyer's house..
RUHI: PATI..PATI..PATI
MRS IYER: Arre ruhi..kya hua?
RUHI: Pati ishimaa kaha hai.
Mrs iyer smiled
MRS IYER: Arre ruhi tumhari ishimaa subah temple gayi hai...vo aaj homa matlab havan hai vaha.
RUHI: Heaven?
MRS IYER: Arre ruhi heaven nahi havan...choodo aaj tumhari ishimaa ki birthday hai issiliye vo temple gayi hai aur vo late aayegi ok?
RUHI: Ishimaa ka birthday...OK bye pati.
Ruhi went to her house and found Raman.
RAMAN: Agayi ruhi..kaha hai tumhari ishimaa?
RUHI: Vo ishimaa havan karne gayi hai.
Raman looked at ruhi surprisingly...*In mind* yeh abb dant todne wali se pandit ban gayi?
RUHI: Papa aaj na ishimaa ka birthday hai..yeehh Hum na ishimaa ko surprise karenge!
Raman found best way to say a sorry + a thank you!
RAMAN: Ok ruhi hum jake ekk accha sa gift buy karenge ok?
RUHI: Nahi papa..usmei hum kya karenge...hum ishimaa ke liye khud kuch karenge.
RAMAN:Hum kya karenge matlab? Mei paisa dunga na ruhi gift ke liye.
RUHI: Papa ishimaa keheti hai ki "Money is not everything"!
RAMAN: Fine ruhi abb tum hi batao kya karenge..
RUHI: Papa ishimaa ko na vo south wala food bohot pasand hai.
RAMAN: Theek hai phir lets go to a south indian restaurant ok?
RUHI: Arre Nahi papa...lets prepare it for ishimaa...
Raman looked at ruhi...
RAMAN: Ruhi tum na apni ishimaa ke sath rehekar puri pagal ho gayi ho...then he thought about his behavior last night and said yes!
Ruhi danced..
RAMAN:Par mujhe banana nahi aata...theek hai come lets go to your pati.
They explained everything to Mrs iyer...she was surprised to know that Raman is cooking but was equally happy!
RAMAN: Toh amma aap char-panch cheze bataiye jo ishita ko pasand hai...
MRS IYER: ok..Ishita ko idli,vada,sambar bohot pasand hai, pongal, curd rice.
Raman made a uff after listening the list...
MRS IYER CONTINUED: aur meeta mei ishita ko paysam pasand hai. Mere paas recipe book hai.
Raman and ruhi came back and were tired just by listening to the list.
RUHI: Papa ishimaa 4 baje aayegi toh hum start karte hai...
Just then his phone rang...raman said ruhi not to wish ishita and answered the call
ISHITA:hello raman..mei na mandir aayi thi aur thoda late hi aaungi ok? aap khana aaj meri amma ki yaha khaiye ok meine unko kehe diya hai aur haan please please bahar se mat khana...ruhi ko phone dejiye please.
RAMAN: Haan...ruhi tumhari ishimaa ka phone!
Ishita said ruhi to have her lunch at pati's house and be a good girl.
Raman started with sambar...
RAMAN: yeh kothambari ilai kya hai yaar...Ruhi jake pati se poochke aao sath hi puli kya hai vo bhi.
Ruhi ran to her pati asked her and came back
RUHI: Vo pehela wala ilai hai coriander leaves aur puli matlab tamarind.
RAMAN: Thanks ruhi...yaar humare ghar mei puli nahi hai jake pati ki yaha se leke aao...
Ruhi brought and gave him and a coconut too.. Raman *in mind* Yeh zarur meri sar thodne ke liye diya hoga!
RUHI: Yeh pati ne diya...
Raman sent ruhi so many times that Mrs iyer decided to come and sit at bhalla house itself...She said him everything and by 4 everything was done.
RAMAN: Thanks a lot amma...yeh apki wajah se hi ho paya.
Mrs iyer's landline rang so she rushed..
MRS IYER: Arre raman ishita and tumhare appa are almost here.
RAMAN:Kya..amma yeh ghar toh pura ganda hai...ishita yeh dekhkegi toh usse hi doctor ki zarurat padegi.
MRS IYER: hum na yeh sare khana mere ghar le jayega ishita surprise bhi ho jayegi ok!
Raman agreed
When ishita was back...She was left open mouthed to know raman prepared these for her!
RAMAN:Ishita happy birthday.
RUHI: Ishimaa happy birthday
Ishita still couldn't believe that raman prepared all this..she kept goggling at him without speaking a thing. They all tasted the food and praised raman a lot but ishita still stared at him...Ishita made a move to bhalla house where raman and ruhi stopped her from going due to devastated condition of their house..They managed to stop ishita from going to their house till 7 But ishita felt something fishy and entered the house...and just could not believe it.
ISHITA:Yeh..yeh kya haal banaya hai ghar ka..
RUHI:Ishimaa we are sorry!
ishita found a puppy faced raman ruhi and later bursted into laughter...
RAMAN:Kahi yeh ghar ki halat dekhke pagal wagal toh nahi hogayi...
ISHITA:meine suna...mei has rahi hun kyunki abb isse saaf hum teeno ko hi karna hoga kyunki mummyji kal subah aarahi hai ...
RAMAN:itna kiya hai abb yeh toh hum aasani se kar hi lenge kyun ruhi..
RUHI:Haan papa..
So bhalla family was cleaning their house...Ishita stepped on a spatula lost her balance and held raman's hand for balance in attempt to help ishita raman too landed on the ground...Ruhi found her parents on the ground with few giggles jumped on them...Raman saw whether ishita is in pain or not and so did ishita after they were assured that they weren't they laughed their heart out and ishita started tickling ruhi!
RAMAN: Ishita I AM SORRY
Ishita just gave a smile and continued to tickle ruhi And there was Raman Kumar Bhalla's family complete...He paused and prayed God to keep them always happy!
