This may happen like this.
If, only if Trisha likes Raman more than Mihir. And, while oneday Trisha trying to get closer to Ramz (may be she is flirty type girl). Ishita sees this and gets angry and leaves the room saying nothing.
Ramz also sees her and gets rid of Trisha forcefully and follows Ishu. He asks Ishu why she dint stop Trisha and whether she dint feel bad. Ishu would answer angrily why she would feel bad, it should be his concern😆! Ramz will get that Ishu is being jealous. He would then be friendly with Trisha and that too fake. Ishu would get more jealous, but she won't tell anything. Ramz oneday would be restless to see Ishu not reacting. Then he would be angry and out of his anger he would tell everything to Ishu and Ishu would also tell that she too felt jealous. They would start feeling for each other. And this time also, it would be the Tandons to be the cupid for IshRa. And Trisha would leave seeing them in good relation.
