Tamils do not eat ONLY Idly and Vada in their entire life .. there are many other things they eat
Idli vada is not served as Wedding lunch - There is proper meal called "Sadhya" which lotos diff vegetables

South Indian Breakfast is very healthy - Specially Idli and Sambhar - it has serial, pulses, vegetables and it is steamed .

Punjabi's do not eat Chicken leg and bread for breakfast .. they like stuffed piranha.. like Mooli, Gobhi, Alooo and they like PHUL-FRUIT for breakfast

So please show some Uttapam, Dosha, etc etc also :)

Payasam is nothing but Kheer -

Bengali - PAYESH
Keala/ Tamilnadu - Payasam
North Belt - Kheer

there could be slight difference in sweet components such as Jaggery, Sugar, Palm Jaggery etc
Made with Rice, Wheat, Palada or even Paneer - for different regions
