Ishita fumes after seeing the packet " how dare he think of this? " she was about to throw the packet in dustbin when he came out

"I will not leave these Lyer ,they took revenge from me,see what i will do with her " he walk out of washroom she started walking towards the door

" what do you think of yourself , I married you doesn't mean i will let you come close to me " she poke on his chest

"who is trying to come close to you ?" he said in irritating way & walk back in

" i can't stand this " she was about to open the door when she heard him starting shouting on phone

" i asked you guys to send medicine , how long it will take? are you guys making it " he scream from other end

"sir we have gave it to madam"

"oh i see , mean she is too taking revenge from me " he came in living room saw her standing near door , he cut the phone

" Ishita give me tablets , this is no time to play games " he cried with pain, she turn back & look at him he was all pale & worn out ,he grab his stomach & ran back to washroom, a smile appear on her face but it vanish as she saw him coming out of washroom , he sat on the near sofa as had no energy to go to bed , she call the receptionist & asked them to send medicine ,he look at her

"why you are asking for another one " he snatch the packet from her hand , it torn & spread on floor ,he like a thief look at her , who had turn red she quickly turn her back towards him

" everyone is out of their mind " he quickly picked it up as he kneel he had ache , he cried in pain

"Raman " she at once come close to help him " leave it " she help him to get up by taking his full weight on her, took him to bed made him rest " i will get medicine " she quickly taken off her jewellery & ran out

"what taking you guys so long, my husband is in pain " she shouted at receptionist

"sorry ma'ma" they gave her medicine ,she hurried back to room

When she enter he was not in room " Raman " she ran to washroom & knocked

"Oh God he was totally exhausted, hope he doesn't faint" she knocked again at the door "can't you say you are fine " she scream as she saw him coming out of washroom .she help him to walk to bed by supporting him ."have this " gave him medicine & water she look at the floor there was no sign of the packet .

" i will change" she at once said as she saw him mesmerising her

"can you pass me my jacket " he asked her while she was going to wardrobe

"sure " she gave him & went to change

"hope he sleeps till i go out " she intentionally took more time , when she walk out he was lying & his eyes was closed ,as she sat on other side of bed he whisper

" i could not give you proper ring at engagement , here is a small gift" he passed her a box ,she look at him

"open it " he asked her to open , as she open she saw a locked in oval shape with a big diamond " did you like it ?" he asked her, she look at him

"yes " she smiled , he turn towards her & took it from her hand slide the stone

"now" he gave her back ,she look at him & then big picture of Ruhi

"this is beautiful " she smiled & kissed her picture , he close his eyes he recollect how Shangun throwed his ring wore Ashok gifted ring. whereas Ishita has no value for the diamond ,she loved the picture ,he look at her she was trying to wear it

" let me " he pull himself up & sat ,he stretch his hand out , she placed it on his palm , he tied around her neck ,he look at her she was nervous & blushing a naughty smile appear on his lips
