I think to adopt both the parents have to sign the adoption papers...I know shagun will but Raman will never...so I dont know how that is likely unless Ashok has found a loophole.! 😡 😡

I would imagine that would be the case to put a child up for adoption and especially one that is currently in a custody battle by both parents. It's not like she's an unwanted baby of a single mom where the father could be unknown or has not interest in the child

That's true but I don't think it would qualify in this case. I think that would apply more to a child that was an orphan or already been put up for adoption. This is not the case with Ruhi where both her parents are currently fighting for custody. I think this is something that would require permission of both parents...

Ashok is not Rukis legal guardian, its Shagun. But since Shagun lives under Ashoks financial support and she acts like his puppet, he has the upper hand here.

Lets not forget its the same court that said Ishista can vouch out for which parent she should stay with not a long ago😆. Forget logic in Indian television world😛.
