Shagun doesn't really want Ruhi back... she is doing all this because Ashoks wants this. Plus, Ashok mentions once that he and Shagun can marry once she gets Ruhi's custody... so all the more reason for Shagun wanting Ruhi.

And Ashok wants Shagun to get Ruhi because... he had got pissed off when Raman defeated him in the businessman of the year award... and taking Ruhi away from Raman is Ashok's way of settling scores with Raman.

she doesnt want ruhi,,,,,,still she has a soft corner for ruhi being a mother...but she is so much engrossed in money making and fame that she ignores all her motherhood and all her personality and her likes dislikes...so basically its ashok who wants to deprive ruhi from raman...so he ordered shagun and shagun did so

Shes doing all that bcoz Ashok wants her to and she wants his lavish lifestyle...she just wants to be his trophy wife and tag along him in page3 parties...bache jayein bhaad mein. She doesnt has any love for her kids whether aditya or ruhi.Honestly she wud never want ruhi to be back bcoz shes only intrested in getting dressed shopping and partying.

Because the man she wants to marry wants the child with them! She knows he is doing it to make Raman suffer, but since she loves money too much, she is willing to sacrifice her daughter's happiness for that too!
