No he doesn't love shagun she is only a toy using her to bring Raman down .
Both Ashok and shagun deserve each other both selfish specimens.

Ashok probably just has some attraction for Shagun because of her physical beauty. I don't think he was out to compete or take revenge against Raman when Raman was just an employee of his. Ashok just happened to have a liking for his employee's wife and was just glad to attain her.

But I think seeing his mere employee rivaling him in business has made him want to compete with Raman and teach him a lesson by taking Ruhi away from him. Ashok doesn't seem to love or want to marry Shagun. Right now he seems to concentrate on his game with Raman and hence had agreed to marry Shagun once she gets Ruhi's custody. But I'm sure once all this happens, he probably would get bored of Shagun.

But what he mentioned in One scene with Tanu was.. first he only snatched his wife,... And now he will lose everything including his daughter! ..
So.. Why did he *SNATCH* her. snatch is big word!
