Raman hasn't divorced but court case is still going on
remember his mother is searching for a bride n tells all in matrimonial hall that the process will completed in few months (watch episode 1)
Raman is also willing to marry for Ruhi
so I see no problem with divorce
but custody battle will go on now because of ashok

Looks like Ashok will be the catalyst who'l push Shagun to fight for custody 😡 Shagun's character till now has been of a gold digger wife, still not clear on when she left Raman & Ruhi coz the FBs of Raman aren't of them as family.

Shagun's aim in life is to swim in riches & be a trophy wife, she might show occasional glimpses of motherly concern for Ruhi but her greed for riches will douse those feelings.

Raman will obviously get hitched to ishita via samjhuata express to get Ruhi's custody no doubt & Ishita will sacrifice herself for the noble cause and her lubh for the kid, how that happens will have to be seen 🤔 Ishita's infertility will be topic for courtroom slander Raman's character has to go through lot of makeover for him to be portrayed as a caring father & good person, till now his character has been 👎🏼

Btw Ashok's fake grey hair annoys me every episode 🤢 its like he dusts talcum powder before shooting 😆 Also am missing Muthu swamy

Thanks to virgo and others, I enjoyed reading a nice series of inspiring discussions. As a character, I find shagun interesting. There is a lot of room for development. The constant identification and the desire to be with rich and powerful men is a testimony to a sense of disempowerment that she herself feels. It is a way to fill herself and distract herself from the yawning need for inner self-acceptance. This is also the reason why she rejected Ruhi. Perhaps Ruhi reminds her strongly of a part in herself that she does not want to face --a part that is vulnerable and needing attention within herself. That is why the upcoming track of Shagun getting to be with her daughter, even as a result of Ashok's desire for competition and revenge, will be interesting. What kinds of sentiments will little Ruhi evoke in Shagun? What changes will there be in Shagun as a result?
