Namrata looks very slim now. Is it yoga or could it be stress from work? The long hours of working on a daily soap can take its toll on an actor's health. Read an article where Namrata was interviewed and she said that on the days when she is not working, she will eat lots and sleep lots. Take care of yourself dear.

Love the jewellery that Lata wears on the show, especially the earrings. So pretty and elegant. Went shopping last week to look for similar earrings like Lata's. Love the pink eyeshadow that she wears on the show. Now i'm using pink eyeshadow too.

Namrata said in an interview that she can live without food, but cannot live without acting. What a professional! Hope that she gets lots of good roles in future, and maybe another project with Sameer!

Yes she's very pretty. She did a lot of modelling before becoming an actress. Sameer is a model too. So they both have lots in common in real life. Namrata went to university and so did Sameer, who is a trained engineer. They are both well-educated and did modelling too.
