"And me!" Johnny was standing right behind Michael, his hair still damp
from the beach. "I knew you had a little something for Ronnie! I can't
believe you never told me! So much for friendship!"

"Oh come on man! It's not like I told Meg either. She just figured it
out." replied Michael as he turned to face Johnny.

"Yeah, well it really IS kinda obvious. The way you keep talking about
her and all... Ronnie this... Ronnie that... Ronnie, Ronnie, Ronnie!"

"So why does it matter if I never told you. You knew anyway."

"I just had to hear you admit it!"

"Well you heard it now! Are you happy?"

"I guess so. But are you? I mean, considering what Meg has planned
for Ronnie."

"I know Meg's plan! I was kinda part of it."

"You didn't listen to her completely, did you?"

"She said I had to go convince Ronnie to go out for dinner with us
and... ummm..."

"And?"

"I can't really remember. I think I stopped listening to Meg after
that."

"Well, sorry to break it you Michael... She kinda set up Ronnie on a
date."

"WHAAAT?! Meg!!! I can't believe you did that!" said Michael as he
furiously turned towards Meg.

"Michael, let's be reasonable here. I didn't know you ha--" started
Meg.

"You didn't know? YOU DIDN'T KNOW?!?!? You just said it's kinda
obvious that I have feelings for her."

"Yeah but I was never sure and you never said anything when I made
the plan so I thought you were okay with it."

"Well I'm not! So I'm gonna need you to cancel on that guy - whoever
that loser is - and tell him he's not good enough for Ronnie."

"I can't do that! I already asked him to meet us at th---"

"I don't care what you asked him to do. Just ask him to not do it now
or something."

"But Michael --" reasoned Meg.

"I'm not listening to anything. You do what you need to and get rid
of him... Or I will." said Michael as he walked away from Meg and Johnny.

"Oh great! Now he speaks up." complained Meg.

"Do you want me to call him up and cancel?" asked Johnny as he put
his arm around Meg.

"No... It's okay. I'll do it! Thanks anyway!" replied Meg and she
walked into the house after planting a small kiss on Johnny's cheek.
