I haven't started any new book this month. Not really in the mood to read anything. I will probably pick it up in a couple of days if I feel like reading again. What about you?

I have read 2 chapters and I like it so far though its quite toxic and depressing lol but its better than the recent books I have been reading and couldnt get into. I am planning to read mexican gothic and radio silence this month too.

Mexican Gothic is on my list for this month too. If I still have some time after reading Mexican Gothic and Homegoing, I'm planning to read Where'd you go, Bernadette. I've been looking forward to read it for quite some time.

What genre is that?

Contemporary, mystery. It's also said to be humourous.

Same here. Where'd You Go, Bernadette is a book I bought more than 2 years ago and I still haven’t gotten round to reading it.

Girls, share the top 3 books on your TBR and 1 book you read this year that you would like to recommend to the others.

I’ll go first -

TBR

1. In Cold Blood by Truman Capote

2. The Ba*tard of Istanbul by Elif Shafak

3. Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte

Book I’d like to recommend

I’m Thinking of Ending Things by Iain Reid

It’s a short book with a fantastic twist, the way its written keeps you wanting more.

In Cold Blood was in my tbr too but I've postponed reading it because I can't find a good link to it.

My TBR: (This is a never ending list😆)

1. Becoming by Michael Obama

2. Little Secrets by Jennifer Hillier

3. The Lost Man by Jane Harper

I'd also really really like to finish Hobbit and the rest of the LOTR series, and A Game of Thrones.

Book I’d like to recommend

1. The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller

2. The Tattooist of Auschwitz by Heather Morris

I'd also say Rebecca but we've already read that here, so not including that in this list.
