@ Shruthi, here in our society it is told that if an elder touches an younger ones feet, it is not good for the younger one (nothing bad happens to the elder) and is called ashreyas to the younger. So however evil the other person, we don't accept apology from them with folded hands also (forget about falling on the feet).

but here the question was different and so was the ruling. So we should think of vaishnav's mother than Suman for whom this lady bowed down.

So thugs will be handed over to the IPS officer and the IAS officer will issue notice to maintain the peace 😉

@jaya I didn't know about ashreyas part. But in Suman's case she didn't instigate anything. Pradeep Samrat himself dig his grave.
