PART-5Arjun came to delhi back... they both used to talk to each other... The whole day they used to work in office and used to chat late night... now they were getting more and more comfortable with each other...
A few months passed...
Arjun and nandini were talking to each other on phone..
it was 1:00 am...
Arjun: (laying on the bed) tumhare liye kya laao me delhi se??
Nandini: nothing bas tum ajao.,..
Arjun: me to a hi raha hoo... but tumhe kya chahiye..??
Nandini: (blushed) anything of ur choice... I wanna see your choice..
Arjun: my choice.. tumhe abi tak nahi pata,..?? (twisted to other side)
Nandini: no I don't..
Arjun: my choice is so good nandini... khud ko hi dekhlo... ha ye baat alag that you don't like yourself...
Nandini: shut up!!! Vese tum aa kab rhe ho??
Arjun: on Sunday.. that means after 3 days... tomorrow I will go for shopping... tumhare liye kuch lena h... drama queen k liye..
Nandini: (interrupted) ARJUNNN...
Arjun: accha baba sorry... but she is a drama queen... you don't know her... when I informed her that am coming... itni lambi list dedi muje... and when I refused... she started her melodrama...
"beta bas... Tu kyo leke ayga huamare liye ab kuch be... milgayii na tuje ab,,. Ab to tu ussi ka liye hi sab lega... ab to bas vohi h tere liye ... hum nahi.. blahhh blahhh blahhh" (he imitated his mother..)
Nandini giggled on the other side...
Arjun: has lo haslo ... Tumhe be yaha mere ghar ane hi wali hoo... tumhe bi jhelna h unhe...

Nandini: accha suno... Tuesday ko meri cousin ki wedding h... and you all are invited...
Arjun: really... I don't like visiting wedding functions.. (putting his mobile to his other ear..)
Nandini: but tum mere liye be nahi aoge...?? U know what... I wont be able to meet you till tuesday...
Arjun: kyo..?? (sitting up) shaadi unki h tumhari nahi..
Nandini: I know... but Sunday ki raat ko tum aoge... Monday ko sangeet h.. I will be busy there.. and Tuesday ko shaadi... bhot guest aaye honge... me kese milunge tumse...
Arjun: what the hell!!! I don't care... am coming there to meet you specially... and tum ho ki...
Nandini: sorry na arjun... that is why am saying you attend wedding functions... come in sangeet too.. we can meet then too...
Arjun: sangeet ... me kya karunga usme..?? I don't know how to dance...
Nandini: to when did I ask u to dance... ?? tum be na... u take things too literally... just come with your family... and we can meet...
Arjun: ooohhh!! Acchaaa... Esa kya?? Now I get it... but you promise me you will spend all the time with me then...
Nandini: haa pakkaa... And they chatted for some more time...
Sunday...
Arjun came to jaipur... He wanted to meet her... but couldn't... it was 12:00 am.. he tried her no. but it remain unavailable... This was pissing him off... talking to her before sleep was his habit now... he tried several times but she remained unresponsive...
Arjun: what the hell.. how can you ignore my calls nandini... abi se ye haal h to shadi k baad kya hoga.. (he called her for the last time and she finally picked up his call...)
Nandini: sorry... sorry sorry...
Arjun: what the hell...tumhe mene kitne call kiye... where the hell were you..?? don't you know I m here in jaipur... also don't you know I talk to u daily... were you ignoring me...?? If you are not interested in me then just tell me once... I will think about something else... are you getting what I am saying?? Hello are you there?? hello...
Nandini: go to hell.. (there came her answer)
Arjun: (didn't expect this) what???
Nandini: go and search some other options ok... bye...
She disconnected his call and came to her room...Arjun was fuming... he didn't expect her to be like this.. he was expecting she wud apologize... or do something to make him happy... but she..,,, he sat on the edge of the bed... keeping his elbows on his knees... he was just thinking about what she has just done... just then his phone beeped... he looked at it.. it has a whats app message from nandini... he immediately opened it..She had sent a few pictures ... he opened them... the first pic of nandini.. she was looking extra ordinary pretty in her green suite.. another pic was also of her.. she was making funny face,,, he smiled... then in the next pic she was sitting and a lady was applying mehendi in her palms... and the last pic contains her mehendi filled palms.. and his name was scribbled in the middle of her palm... he was happy... something inside him was making him happy after seeing her pics.. specially the last one... then his phone again beeped... it was her message again...
Nandini: ab mood theek h..?? can we talk now??
Arjun looked down and called her... and they chatted for hours...
Next day...
Drama queen and mr. hittler were getting ready for the sangeet... arjun went to their room..
Arjun: me be chalungaa..
Drama queen: hein?? Tu or sangeet..?? tu theek to h na betaaa...??
Arjun: ha ha me theek hoo... me ready hoke ata hoo...
Drama queen: tu pehle to kabi nahi gaya.. tu aj hi kyo jaa rha h..??
Arjun: mom plz ... ap nahi chahti kya ki me apke sath aaoo... so that you and dad can have alone time together...
Arjun to himself: ye hui naa baat.. ab bolo.. fass gayi naa..
Mr. hittler: aroo.. behave urself.. (he screamed)
Arjun: but dad...
Drama queen: aroo.. beta... tu uss ladki k liye a rha h naa,,, sab samajti hoo me... vo tuje badal rhe h...
Arjun: mom... plz... meri shadi hone wali h usse and u both chose her for me...
Drama queen: ha ha.. galti ho gayi mujse... tu mujse uske liye ladd rha h... tu shadi k baad to muje ghar se bahar nikal dega..
Arjun: mom ho kya gaya h apko.. why are you over reacting...
Drama queen: am I over reacting... ?? (she started crying)
Arjun: now why are you crying mom??
Drama queen: ek to kuch diya nahi ... Dekha nahi tha kitne se gifts diye unhone.. jese humpe ehsaan kar rhe hoo... oopar se mera beta be chheene chali h...
Arjun: mom now stop it... me ready hone jar ha hoo... wait for me ok...
And he came out of their room and got ready for the sangeet...They all went to the venue... it was a posh banquet hall in jaipur..
Drama queen: beta tera sangeet be hum yahi se hi karenge...
Arjun rolled his eyes and went to other side of the area.. his eyes were searching for his lady...
Arjun to himself: kaha h ye.. phone be nai utha rahe.. saari ladkiya dikh gayi... bas ye hi nahi dikh rhe h...
Suddenly he sensed someone tapped his shoulder.. he turned around and saw her standing behind him.. his happiness had no bounds... a huge smile crept on his face... she was looking extremely beautiful... she was wearing magenta anar kali suite... with her waist length hair open.. which was laying on one side of her shoulder... Big danglers... heavy make up.. like a typical Panjabi girl... Arjun moved forward to hug her... but she stopped him... as all the ppl were around them... the he held her hand and they both came to parking lot... There was no one except them... he hugged her tightly... she too hugged him back...
Arjun: missed you...
Nandini: (closed her eyes) me too...
Arjun's hands were on her naked back... caressing it slowly... which gave shivers down her spine... this was the first time they both were touching each other...
