That dushyant leaves for his kingdom as he has some work and promises to send for shyankutala b later
One day shayankutala is lost in kings thoughts and rishi durvasa comes begging for alms she does not hear him as she is lost and the saint curses her that you the person whose thoughts you are lost in will forget you
Saint durvasa curses and goes but shyankutalas friends beg forgiveness from the sage v he says I cannot amend the curse but the king will remember shyankutala when he sees any of her jewellery...
