There is nothing delusional about stating medical facts. Any doctor would tell you that XX and XY is the norm, anything else is an abnormal genetic mutation that results in rare disorders.

Medical fact is that XX and XY chromosomes don't necessarily makes someone man or woman, which means sex is not binary. And if it is, then what is the sex of people who have genetic mutations?

Depends on what type of mutation they have. Sex is normally and typically not binary. Yes exceptions exist but exceptions are not the norm.

Typically, normally...fact is it's not universal. And if it's not universal, then it doesn't matter what is the norm.

You have yourself accepted now that "it depends" on what mutation they have. If it depends then XX and XY chromosomes are not a necessity to be called a man or woman.

I'm not sure you know what a mutation is. XY and XX is normal. Anything else, like a mutation (i.e. genetic copying mistakes and accidents) result in other abnormalities and disorders. Anything other than XY or XX is a result of an accident or gene copying mistake.

There you go ... are now gonna talk over a doctor as well who knows his shit and is one of the most experienced doctor ?!!
and when people say educate yourself you read the articles and statements given by doctors in 2020 and not in 1720 and you listen to trans ppl who have been saying how ppl should identify them and not speak over them

Can you please clarify what Dr. Safer is really saying? I don't think he is saying that trans women are women?

You're just repeating yourself now. It doesn't matter if it's a mistake or accident....sex is just not binary!!! What is typical or normal doesn't matter if it's not universal.

he’s saying gender identity doesn’t depend on ones anatomy or genes and yes he was speaking for trans community when trump was trying to take away their basic rights ...

Why do you define your gender by your anatomy or rather Physical body to be precise? Tell me that first.

*Since few people are adamant with their transphobia here. There are 2 genders we have. One of our body and One of our soul. Now It is up to you how do you want to define it .
