Urmila suggested Utkarsh as the candidate for head boy just because of personal reasons.

She is the head of an institution, keeping that in mind what she did was clear injustice.

If she made mistakes in the past she should resolve them personally.

She disregarded all the teachers opinion just because she has a soft spot for her own son.

Urmila should grow up.

agree. she is being too personal here b/c uttu is her son. she talks about WH discipline but herself does not keep that in mind. she cannot make her own decision just b/c uttu is her son and he is in pain. she can be there for him, support him but this was pure injustice, she herself decided who shall it be the head boy then what's the point of other teachers, they should have just kept quite. their opinion meant nothing to urmila.

From where is this love for uttu coming from.. Itna he pyar hai toh why did she actually leave him alone earlier.
She has taken an undue advantage of her position and I just loved the way Sid answers her back in his speech..Bang On 👏 urmila deserves it.
