The CVs have ensured that we don't forget that they are divorced. Third wedding definitely in store.
I wouldn't have a problem with it provided it's quiet and quick.
In fact, I would prefer if they get married towards the end of the soap. In the last episode or something. When everything is happily ever after.

And Megha, why would Babli of all the people do Preet's kanyadaan? Isn't there already enough comedy in the show that you desire more 🤣

Completely besides the point, but I thought Raj looked rather unwell in yesterday's episode. Don't know if it's because of the torture or if he's really unwell 😕

I thought you needed a male to do the kanyadan? I guess that differs from family to family?

Regardless, Raavi did Gunjan's kanyadan because Amba ditched Gunjan's wedding in favour of her other daughter's wedding. Raavi will do for Preet.

BTW, you were joking about Babli, right?

There are a lot of conditions to do the Kanyadaan. It's not just a male. He has to be from the girl's side and he usually does it with his wife. A widower cannot perform the Kanyadaan.
And there's so much more to the ceremony.
But why would the soaps concern themselves with knowing the norms?
They simply make a mockery of everything.

Waaris Written Update 02.11.2017

Amba meets Chander in jail and he gives her the medicine to cure the illness. Amba and Jagan are taken by surprise when he doesn't ask for anything in return.
Babli is cured and everyone pressurises Amba into getting Chander out of jail.
Chander asks his goon to contaminate all the wells so that the illnesses spreads.
More people in Gaguwal are affected and rushed to the hospital.
Amba is forced by the Panchayat and Jagan to take her complaint against Chander back.

Raj and Preet corner the pharmacist and get to know about Jagan's misdeeds. They decide to search for the medicines. Raj searches for the medicines inside the house while Preet searches for them in the storeroom outside the house.

Gunjan drinks the milk and foams at the mouth and faints. Raj is also unwell, but tries to carry Gunjan to the hospital. Preet finds the medicines, but is surrounded by Chander's men who threaten her to hand over the box containing the medicines.

Precap - Jagan accuses Raj of being the reason behind their bad luck. He searches Raj's pockets and finds the empty packet which contained the medicines. Before Raj can defend himself he too foams at the mouth and faints. He's admitted in the hospital when Amba orders her men to dispose him off so that nobody finds him.

Oh my God wht a horrible episode. .. now chander is also out of jail..I really feel that we are been tortured from so many days...I hope CVs r reading everybodies comments... how long we hv to tolerate this violence. Please please show some happy moments... as hardly people smile while watching this show. ..

So if the victim or the complainant takes back the complaint, the convict is let go off scot free?
Oh cool. So now we know that Gaguwal does not belong to India.

And just now I was talking of soaps making a mockery out of everything. Like everything without exception.

I knew Chander would be out soon. So was not surprised. The episode itself was below average. Nothing unexpected. The violence could have been tolerated if only it made even an iota of sense.
This stupidity has to end.

Lol! In Waarisland maybe.
But which particular incident are you talking about? 😕
If an FIR is filed, the police would investigate and take the accused to court and if he's convicted, he can't be let off. That would amount to contempt of court.
But maybe before the case is taken to court? I don't know 😕
