When did he actually pinch her wounds? What actually happened in kuldevi puja? Was the bandage there because her hand got burned? After she got hurt what happened?

He purposely passed something to her that would burn her hands. After that, he squeezed/pinched the wound.
After their wedding, they did this rasam and Raj purposely dropped a glass of water on the ground so that Preet would step on the shards of glass. He pinched those wounds as well.
There was an incident where she got injured before their marriage - just when he found out Manu was a girl - and he deliberately pressed that massive wound too.
