If it is not Raj then it could be Rohan for Simran as she cannot defend herself. I still say Raj deserves to be beaten up more than Chander as atleast Chander seems to know that he is negative (not that it stops him) but Raj keep on torturing his wife and sees himself as the hero who is doing everything right. Little bits of repentance won't do much. If it was a normal human being like us instead of Preet then she would have rubbed salt in his wounds by asking at every step when he is going to turn around and cheat her again. WHO ALL AGREES WITH ME THAT PREET DESERVES A GOOD SLAP FOR TRUSTING THAT CREEP AGAIN AND AGAIN. HOPE SIMRAN DOES IT FOR ME. Once she is back to her senses she could slap her little sister for ruining her self respect by staying with a guy like Raj Bajwa.

@bold: I do!!! She deserves to be slapped and shaken up good. It is good that she trying to fight for her sister but she needs to fight for herself too. And how can she trust the guy who let her down like a 100 times at least? The one showed hatred towards her all the time? The one who mocked her feelings? Turned her into a laughing stock? The one who made her feel like a pie of shit?

But you we all having this opinion are girls who know what self respect is. There are girls who don't know what self respect is in first place. They exist to be treated like doormats. That is what they are taught. Like brainwashed.

But Preet was raised as a boy. I guess she got her notions of women from Jagan.

Ganapati Pooja? Mahendi, Sangeet? 😆
The Bajwa house is so jinxed! No wedding has ever taken place as planned in this Havelli!
Coming to think of it, where is Pammi? Has she quit for good?

Doesn't the mehendi just happen with the haldi? Is the puja necessary? I've never seen it in other serials. Sangeet is the part I forgot, lol.

This show never did seem to like sisters much. Swaroop just disappeared. Simran got 'killed'. Gunjan disappeared. So it's not surprising that we don't see Nihaal's sister anymore.

At least one wedding not going as planned is pretty much a general rule for all Indian soaps.

I suppose so. But the seriels always like to show everything elaborately 😆
Two episodes for Haldi and two for Mehandi. Remember RajPreet's second "wedding"? 🥱

I don't actually. I think I'm mentally blocking those memories out. They actually did the haldi and mehendi separately. Even other serials can't be bothered to do that; they usually drag the actual wedding out for a week.

Preet was raised as a boy. But no one taught her that women are strong. Her mother had power because everyone thought that she had given birth to a boy. She herself was respected because everyone thought she was a boy.

The moment the illusion broke her mother was humiliated in front of the whole village. She was disowned. People who saluted her, turned their faces away. Even women were clamouring for Amba to be punished. Her sisters were always treated in a crappy manner. Her aunt abused. Her uncle even had the audacity to bring another woman in the picture because her aunt going to give birth to a girl. He had affairs, no doubt. But he never brought them home. She always knew that girls are trouble. No one respects them.

Not just one. I don't remember any wedding going as planned.
Let's see:
1) Pammi's engagement broke.
2) Preet ended up marrying Raj instead of Sakshi.
3) Simi's second marriage broke in BH because it was discovered that the groom already had a wife.
4) Now Chander and Simi aren't going to be marrying either.
Have I forgotten anything else?
