"She is sooo pretty ! Lucky Bas***d ! "
Were the first thoughts that came to his mind when Preet opened the door.
"The morning couldn't be any better." He looked at her long, silky threads falling down perfectly to her waist. She was looking no less beautiful than yesterday even in these Clothes, no makeup needed.
" Natural beauty ! What a waste. She had to live like a boy for 18 years !! That's a long time !! " Nihal genuinely feels empathetic towards her.
" But even then - here she stands in all her beauty - more beautiful than any other girl in the whole village. "
He knew it because he had seen them all and none of them was able to capture his attention like she did- in the first glance.
Goes without saying there's no one better than her when it's comes to shooting. Nobody means nobody - forget girls even professionals can't beat her. Yesterday was just another show of Manpreet Pawaniya's talent.
" She is a privilege - it's a blessing to be able see this beauty with boldness - looking brilliant as ever - even in these clothes - men clothes - why is she wearing a t-shirt, her secret is out already !??? - OMG - Raj's clothes !! "
Nihal lost expressions turned into a frown when he imagined them together -
"Why ! Aren't they like on - 'I HATE YOU - NO ! I HATE YOU MORE' - terms ?? So how come did they end up like this ?? Within hours ! "
Before he can take in the sight before him completely, his view was ravaged by a broad naked chest . He looked up met his glaring gaze on him.
" why are you here " Raj asked annoyed, putting his T-shirt over his head.
Nihal draw back to avoid his fist while he covered up his body.
" First he ruined my golden chance to talk to her and now he is trying to punch hme deliberately ! Such rudeness even when he has everything anybody can ask for - pure Bajwa blood, his family, a potential for becoming a shah and not to mention his recent achievement - a gorgeous wife - in his clothes -in his room ! Do I need any more reasons to hate this ba****d "
" I was passing by and I heard someone screaming - sooo - I..."
He replied carefully, trying to look over Raj's shoulder - to which Raj crossed his arms coming closer - failing his attempt to see her.
" Sooo... Whhhaaat !"
" So I thought to check on you guys if something's wrong "
Nihal gave a contemplating look to Raj. He knew if Raj came to know about his sudden interest in Preet, he'll not even let him near her - leave alone talking.
" no body needs your concern here - infact nobody needs you any whe..."
" There was a coackroach, but, we are fine. Thank you !"
Preet cut Raj's bitter snap with her generous words and sweet smile peeping from Raj's shoulder. Nihaaal forgot about his words. He forgot that he even existed.
" That's great !! Sooo, if you need anything - let me know ... As youuu "
Nihaal replied with the same sweetness and generosity. Who wouldn't ?? Her smile could bring the mountains down - he was a mere homosepan - flash and bones.
" Does Mohiniii - jiii - knows about your new found concern towards... Us " Raj said with a pause blocking his view again.
" Where is she by the way ?? Busy " Raj taunted.
" Yes ! Busy with your wedding gift ! That was quick you know ! " Nihal chaffed, " your wedding "
" Yep ! I know I am a little fast to catch on" Raj snapped back.
"What about you !!! Anything special for the - NEWLYWEDS "
"Huh "
Preet peeked from Raj's behind with a surprised expression waiting for him to change his statement.
She was completely ignored by both the men. They both were too engrossed trying to burn each other alive with their stances that they didn't notice she was also the part of conversation seconds before.
" Ahem ! Ahem !"
Nihal looked at her and gave her a quick smile. He turned 90 to leave before he did something wrong. But stopped abruptly.
Nihal take swing motion to face Raj with a sly smile and slowly started -
"Actually I do have a special advice for you " he smiled coyly leaning closer to him - " when you came downstairs - dress carefully..."
He stopped to peek over his shoulder sending a last smile to Preet before whispering in his ear -
" I don't think papaji will like any of those hickeys "
And he left with long steps leaving a baffled Raj and confused Preet behind him.
He wished he hadn't gone there. It's been only one day and Raj is already getting on his nerves. He was busy cursing Raj when he bumped into Mohini.
" Hey watch out " he shouted without looking.
"Nihaaal " came an angry reply.
" Oh ! Sorry mummyji ! I didn't see you " he replied annoyed.
" I know ! You can't see anything now a days "
" Now what happened"
" Come with me ! I have something very important to talk you "
" Not now please ! I have an headache. I will talk to you later "
" It's about Preet "
Nihaal stopped in his track and looked at his mother. She looked serious and worried. And she wants to talk about preet.
" Fine ! Let's go "
