What an episode! Read on:
Shreya stops Vasu from slapping Sid. Sid says that she has made karva chauth inauspicious for them, and he can raise his hand too. Shreya tells him that next time, he should show no consideration for her and slap her sister right back. Vasu watches them tearfully and wonders why she is shielding Sid's truth from Shreya.
Sandhya and Vedant are romancing on the rooftop, when Vasu comes and catches them. They wonder why the moon is taking so long to emerge. Sushant enters, saying that maybe now that he has come, so will the moon. Sid comes making a sarcastic remark that Shreya loves the moon covered by clouds. Vasu retorts that it doesn't take the winds long to disperse clouds.
Shreya goes to Vedika's room; Ved is in the bath. Her phone rings; Shreya picks it up. Vikram is asking when she will be ready. Shreya gives Vikram's message to Ved (they will be celebrating at his house) and notices Vikram's photo as screensaver on her phone. She decides to use Ved's phone to take photos of Sid.
When she goes to the rooftop, she starts clicking and scrolling through the pictures. In the process, she finds the pic of Sid and Naina that Ved had clicked. She is shocked out of her wits. She imagines confronting Sid, tearing off her mangalsutra and sindoor. Just then Sid comes from behind; she shows him the pic. He goes pale and tries to give an excuse; but Shreya smiles sweetly saying there is no problem, Natasha looks so beautiful. Just then the phone rings; it is Vedika for Sid. He goes to a corner while talking, but Shreya follows him and listens to everything. Ved is telling him that she was stupid to let Shreya use her phone; but Sid says there is no problem, Shreya is so dumb that she didn't mind even when she saw the pic.
Shreya tells herself that she is indeed dumb; for thinking that Vedika was her well-wisher and Vasudha her enemy.
The karva chauth ceremony is performed by the 3 couples. While Vasu and Sandhya smile and blush, Shreya looks intently at Sid and makes up her mind that from this karva chauth, the ruin of Siddharth Chopra would begin. Meanwhile Naina is in the hospital thinking that she is the first wife who is wishing on this chauth that her husband would get the death sentence; and that death would be called Shreya.
Akshay calls up Naina asking when he can live with her. Naina tells him that soon she will send a letter explaining things, and maybe she can get a job as teacher in his school. He asks if she is all right, she says yes and puts down the phone.
Shalini is remembering DRS and feeling unhappy; Vasu comes and consoles her saying that at least before his death, DRS gave them all the rights and respect they had been craving for all their lives. Shalini signals that there is "good news"; Nani enters and tells her about Shreya being pregnant. Vasu is over the moon; Shreya comes just then and says that her happiness reminds her of their father.
Later, she cries before Vasu asking why Vasu didn't scold and punish her like a mother does a child, when she fell in Sid's trap; she asks Vasu to be her mother again. They end up crying in each other's arms.
Preview: Shreya holds up her mangalsutra before Naina; saying that just like it has 100 beads, Sid's death would also come in 100 instalments.
